Sam was a fantastic tour guide for our family. Despite the rain, he comfortably drove us around in a spacious car, making sure we were able to see many of the LA sights on our list. He also added several interesting stops along the way, and we learned so much about the city and its history thanks to him. Sam was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and incredibly flexible; when we asked to visit a specific bakery, he seamlessly worked it into our itinerary. He offered great meal recommendations, and throughout the day we felt relaxed, well taken care of, and truly enjoyed the experience.

We had an amazing private luxury tour today and it was worth every penny! Gregory was the perfect guide knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. The itinerary was fantastic: from strolling Venice Beach and the Santa Monica Pier, to seeing the glamour of Beverly Hills, to iconic Hollywood stops like the sign, the Walk of Fame, and the stunning Ovation Hollywood. It was the perfect mix of coastal views, celebrity neighborhoods, and classic LA landmarks. The private experience made it extra special no rushing, no crowds, just us enjoying the sights in comfort. Gregory went above and beyond to make it memorable, and we loved his local insights and easygoing personality. We booked the private tour with Sam. Was kind of nice as we had full decision making on specific places to focus on. Guide was really knowledgeable on the areas from locations to movie star trivia.

We were in Santa Monica for a 3 day stopover and having not been to LA before and wanting to make the most out of our short stay we opted for this private tour. It really didn’t disappoint and we had a spectacular day. Simone was amazing and a great guide. Superbly knowledgeable we saw all the sights in one day with access to some areas we think you’d only get from a private tour with a local guide. Simone really looked after us and made the day very special indeed. Would thoroughly recommend and worth every penny.

Gregory was great - got us all around LA to knock several items off of our bucket list. Very friendly and knew a lot of history. He was willing to customize for some quick items we wanted to do, as well. Only dinged one star not because of Gregory but because Viator does not fully disclose all fees - our tour was 2x the price shown due to fees but we can only get a breakdown by calling a phone number. It's 2024! These should be clearly shown during checkout.
