Este recorrido privado le permite disfrutar de una escapada encantadora a hermosas costas y lugares de mercado para que compre baratijas y recuerdos, y dado que pasaremos por una reserva de caza durante nuestro viaje, existe la posibilidad de ver algunos animales a lo largo del camino en la reserva de elefantes de Maputo!

La Reserva tiene una extensión de 1.040 km² y fue originalmente proclamada en 1932 para proteger a una pequeña población de elefantes costeros residentes en el área. Conducimos a través de él, por lo que la probabilidad de ver animales (elefante, ñu, cebra, antílope, jirafa, bisonte, búfalo) es alta.
La pequeña y pintoresca ciudad de Ponta D'Ouro está situada en el sur de Mozambique, a solo 10 km de la frontera con Sudáfrica. Aquí podrá disfrutar de los mercados locales, las vistas y visitar las impresionantes playas. Depende del clima. También podrá reservar actividades diarias como snorkel, buceo, quads, etc. a su propia discreción.

Great day at the beach. Wish we would have booked more time. Aylton was a great driver and full of knowledge and information on the drive. Would recommend.

An absolutely wonderful experience. We were picked up from our hotel and travelled in an air conditioned vehicle to Ponto. Hilton was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A truly great day to a magnificent beach.

Pinta d’Ouro is gorgeous and a perfect day trip from Maputo. The tour provider was friendly and accommodating. Perfect tour for travelers looking to get to their destination and do their own thing.

Drove to beach and back. Very basic. No real value added. Tour guide was nice but didn’t do anything besides drive.
My sincere apologies. I have spoken to Aylton our Tour Guide/Driver. Apparently you were not aware you were going to the beach and had to go back to the hotel to get a pair of shorts? The details of the tour are explained on Viator. On the way to Ponta D'Ouro you went through the game park and saw some animals ie:- Impala, Worthogs, Zebras etc. There is actually a selection of activities that are offered once you arrive in Ponta besides just going to the beach. Aylton says he offered you to book some of the activities and you declined. You opted to walk around the little town of Ponta instead. Everything we offer on that tour is stated on Viator and my sincere apology to hear that it was not what you expected. We will definitely clarify the tour a bit more so that our clients can be certain of what they will get during the tour.
I felt safe during the entire trip. Aylton was the best driver! Super recommended! We left in the morning and came back at night it was a perfect day trip from Maputo.
