Itinerario

Guide Lee was very informative and took to a fabulous venue for lunch. Lovely tour to Hue and would recommend it.
The best aspect is the company is very responsive on WhatsApp. However, the positive aspects end there. We had rented their service for a few full days of driving around Hoi an, da Nang, and Hue. When we saw the inside of our car, I realized the pics they sent us prior were not representative of what we were led to believe we would have during our trip. Our initial driver was very gruff and had an overall poor attitude. My father speaks fluent Vietnamese so it wasn’t a language or cultural barrier. After a couple of days, our driver was suddenly changed to a new driver with very little explanation. The second driver was nicer but still not the greatest. His longest drive was to Hue and he took us to 2 restaurants, both being subpar. At one point, one of the passengers thought she lost her phone and he seemed very reluctant to turn around despite having paid for his services for the whole day. Our driver in the north would have shown more concern for a lost phone and would have offered immediately to turn around or figure out another solution. I would not use their service again.
We are delighted to recommend anyone travelling through Hanoi to enjoy a full-day trip to Hue city with DANANG PRIVATE TAXI. Our tour guide Mr. Kong and our driver were punctual, knowledgeable, informative and professional. We enjoy some delicious local food and spent great time at the Imperial Citadel and the King tomb. In brief, we had fun learning about Vietnam' s Dynasties Era. Thanks to Mr. Tran to make it for this trip arrangements as well.
Transfer services are good & price reasonable. We used their airport transfer, a day tour to Hue from Danang, transfer to Ba Na hill and Hoi An. The driver Mr Phi Khuru was always on time and bring us to nice places and nice resturants on the way. Overall enjoy the transfers.
Everting was perfect. Driver and tour guide was very good persons and explain everything we won’t to know. They were always on time.
We chose to go to Hue from Danang for a day and were not disappointed. While the citadel At Hue is gorgeous ( whatever remains of it) our guide Phuong took us through a lovely route with gorgeous views of the sea and Danang, which made the trip even more alluring. Recommend the trip for sure!
It was a long drive from Da Nang but well worth it. We saw and learned about the earlier monarchy ruling Vietnam. The Forbidden City was well preserved and impressive. Our guide offered us water for hydration and an umbrella for shade as the temperature was 100 degrees. After the extensive tour of the Palace grounds, we stopped at a Pagoda and took a boat ride on the Perfume River. All in all, a memorable day.
This was the best tour we had while traveling through SE Asia! Our tour guide, Vivi, was absolutely the best! She treated us like family and showed us the best time! She was informative and friendly. We had a wonderful lunch and saw everything as described. Highly recommend this tour.
Hue is absolutely gorgeous. The Imperial Palace (like Beijing but smaller, less crowded, and less restored) would be worth the price & time alone but throw in the Pagoda and the King's Tomb (our favorite) and it makes for an incredible day. The driver happily picked us up at one hotel and dropped us off at another to accommodate us, and made a few picturesque stops along the way on the outbound journey. Very knowledgeable, fun, and flexible guide. Totally recommend.
We had booked a private tour to Hue for two and we payed more than average price in order to be comfortable and enjoy our tour. They came on time to pick us up to our surprise we had to get on a basic van that holds 10 people. Our expectation for the amount that we paid was a sedan or Suv. Our disappointment continued with the driver. Luckily we had an excellent tour guide Tony that was very knowledgeable of the history not only of Hue but all Vietnam. He enchanted us with the history of Hue. He answers all your questions and is very respectful. We were happy and satisfied to be with him. We complained with the agency they were apologetic but for us it was too late. If you book with them, which is worth to have Tony as a guide, make sure that you get the service for the money that you pay and a competent driver.
