It was an excited trip, as me and daughter never been to Harbin, we picked the best timing before Xmas which is not too crowded, the weather was absolutely cold for us, but we totally enjoyed. My daughter loved the tiger fed, we had the very close distance to observe many tigers. The ice world, snow-carving sculpture park, winter swim in Songhua River are all the high light spots, it was an unfortunate memories. I have just had the pleasure of finishing a 2 day tour with Samantha, together with my two teenage children. What a unique experience. What an amazing guide. Samantha was super organised and clear with communication right from my initial tentative inquiry. She liaised closely prior to the trip, made impeccable arrangements, and provided us with confidence that all was in order. We had a wonderful but brief stay in Harbin. What a great city- I wished we had further time to explore. We had a once in a lifetime stay and experienced extreme cold in comfort, fun activities and visually spectacular sights.
