We (4 people) had a great experience! Our guide, Roy, was punctual, and gave very interesting history and cultural facts along the drive to yamanashi. Mt fuji was a bit shy, but we enjoyed a detour to the shibazakura festival, before proceeding with Mt Fuji 5th station, local lunch, and panoramic ropeway. A great day trip, picked up and dropped off at hotel with no issues. Thanks Roy and our driver!
Thank you of the recommendation and 5 star review for our custom Fuji Day Trip and leader Roy. We love to receive these great comments and are always glad people have a great time with us in and around Tokyo, especially getting out into the countryside. Happy travels and please contact us again for anything you need while in Japan.
This was a big family trip to visit my brother stationed in Japan in the Air Force. Mt. Fuji was always something I wanted to see and this trip did not disappoint. Machiko was our guide and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable, adjusted our tour to include options better than originally intended. I would highly suggest this tour to anybody and if we can ever go back I would definitely like to do this again!
This was an amazing trip. Our guide spoke great English and Japanese. The highlight was him asking the maiden to ask the priest to give us a blessing, which I was able to pass onto my son. His lunch selection was great. We loved the railway and boat ride.
Thank you for the positive review and recommendation for our Fuji trip Timothy. We really appreciate the feedback and detailed positive comments. Please reach out when you are next back in Japan.

Excellent tour. Our guide, Silvia, was very knowledgable and our meeting with the priest at the Sengen Shrine was amazing.

Meg was our guide, and she is terrific. The day was cold, snowy/rainy, and very overcast, so we thought there was no chance we would get to see Mt. Fuji. With a little patience, however, we did get a peek from station 4, and then another peek from a nearby crafts village. Because it is a private tour, there is flexibility in what you do and how much time you spend doing it. That flexibility is especially helpful when the weather is not cooperating, as was the case with us. Meg is such a pleasant tour guide, and we felt entirely comfortable expressing our thoughts on different activities we could do. FYI, we are a family of four, 2 parents and two teenagers, and everyone had a great time.

The exclusive visit with priests did not go as expected. I was expecting some private moments with a priest. Yet I was only offered to take part in a ceremony. Disappointed, but the overall experience is great.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any miscommunication that may have happened throughout the tour. We have sent your feedback to our local supplier to ensure that this will not happen in the future.

This tour was one of the highlights of an amazing vacation.Although it is a longish day every moment was special. We felt so well cared for by both our guide and our driver in The Mt Fuji area. The train ride was fun and sometimes scenic during which our amazing guide Sylvia gave us history and information that enhanced the trip greatly. The mountain itself was spectacular and we lucked out with perfect weather. The views were amazing. My only comment is that the promised meeting with the monk was nothing like it was described in the brochure.Minor but worth noting.Although it was disappointing it in no way deterred from an amazing day that our incredible guide Sylvia provided for us.

our guide Mrs. Yuka Yoshida made this being an unforgettable excursion

Very well organized, very good guide. It was a nice and funny tour. We see everything what was possible in the short time. Absolut top and worthy the money.

Meg was a great guide and we had perfect weather for our Mt Fuji visit
Highly recommend the tour
