Based on your group size of 28 guests, the arrangement of multiple comfortable passenger vans was discussed and confirmed in advance, as this is the standard and safest way we accommodate larger private groups. Our tours are intentionally designed as small-group, personalized experiences, rather than mass-market coach tours. This allows for flexibility, easier access to sites like Peggy’s Cove (where large buses often face parking and movement restrictions), and more individual attention from our local driver-guides. Regarding the time at Peggy’s Cove, the scheduled stop of approximately 50 minutes follows local traffic regulations, safety considerations, and the overall tour timeline agreed upon with the group leader. That said, we sincerely regret that you felt rushed and we take this feedback seriously as we continuously refine our tour pacing. As for the commentary, we work with several professional driver-guides, and while all are knowledgeable locals, presentation styles naturally vary. We will be sharing your feedback with our team to ensure more consistent engagement across all vehicles. We’re truly shocked and sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the experience. The vehicle used was a Lexus sedan, comfortable for up to 4 passengers, but we understand that seating can feel a bit tight when three adults are seated in the back. We sincerely apologize if this affected your comfort during the drive to Peggy’s Cove. We also regret the delay at the pickup point and any lack of introduction or communication that fell short of our standards.
