Si estás en Catania, o llegas de un crucero a la terminal, puedes pasar un día con nosotros de 5 a 6 horas, ¡para una excursión inolvidable! El conductor lo recogerá en el lugar indicado por usted, incluso si no se menciona en la lista de recogida. Dirección Savoca alrededor de 1 hora, famosa ciudad elegida por el director Francis ford Coppola para rodar algunas escenas de la famosa película ganadora del Oscar El Padrino. Deténgase en el bar Vitelli para tomar una foto y hacer un recorrido por la pequeña y pintoresca ciudad. Continuaremos hacia Taormina, una encantadora ciudad llamada la perla del Mediterráneo, con su singular teatro greco-romano, (Entrada no incluida) los callejones característicos, decorados con souvenirs, bares y clubes típicos sicilianos. Itinerario
El recorrido comienza con la recogida en su hotel o en la terminal de cruceros del puerto de Catania. Proporcionamos tanto automóviles como minivans según la solicitud y el número de participantes. El siguiente recorrido debe considerarse privado. Desde Catania saldremos hacia Taormina (unos 50 km), visitaremos el teatro griego de forma independiente, a pie continuaremos hasta el Palacio Corvaja, el mirador, Corso Umberto con sus características calles llenas de tiendas típicas y souvenirs. El recorrido continúa hacia Savoca unos 20 km, un pequeño pueblo encaramado, donde se rodaron algunas escenas de la película "el padrino" de Francis Ford Coppola. En este tour a petición del cliente tienes la oportunidad de visitar Castelmola, una ciudad medieval encima de Taormina, en lugar de Savoca.
Savoca es un país de mil atractivos aunque en realidad es un pequeño pueblo en la provincia de Messina con 1750 habitantes. Se alza sobre la montaña pero también ofrece mucho a los turistas que la visitan. Está bañada por los arroyos de Agrò y Savoca y es una ciudad de arte incluida en el circuito de "Los pueblos más bonitos de Italia". En este pueblo se rodaron escenas de “El Padrino”, la exitosa película de Francis Ford Coppola, rodada en 1972. Una vuelta al pasado, a un pueblo con pocos coches y poco caos, a las antiguas edificaciones de la época en piedra de lava, rodeada de campos de cítricos, viñedos y olivares. I have been using viator for years and I have never had an experience like this. Every other tour I have ever done has been amazing and perfect in so many ways EXCEPT this one. Do not and I repeat, DO NOT book this tour. We were scheduled to be picked up in the morning and no one showed up. We tried contacting the tour operator and no response (very unprofessional). I contacted support at viator and they tried calling, emailing and messaging the tour operators multiple times and NO RESPONSE. If you're looking for a tour you can rely on this is not the tour for you.
Good morning, we have already apologized through Viator, but your reservation never arrived, so if you have someone to blame, blame Viator, not us. If you had called a couple of days in advance or sent a WhatsApp or a confirmation email since you had our contact information, we could have helped you. Technology is good for the community, but a confirmation message would have been better. We have cecked mobile and office phone , no contact from you or viator . we receive just an e mail on 30 december at 9.30 AM with refund request

Taormina and Savoca was spectacular. Very beautiful and a lot of restaurants and stores to visit in Taormina and a very incredible Greek theater from old times. The guide was very good and explain in detail the highlights of what we were visiting.

Salvo was the most amazing tour guide, he taught us so much information about the region and in particular Mt Etna. He also recommended the most amazing seafood lunch destination in Taormina which had both excellent food and postcard views. The town & walk around tour of Savoca where part of the godfather was filmed was also a highlight & a place we would love to visit again.
