El recorrido comienza con una salida antes del amanecer entre las 4:30 y las 4:40 a.m., depende de la época del año. Tuk Tuk y el guía que te recogerá en tu hotel al amanecer a las afueras de Angkor Wat o entra en el gran templo en la oscuridad desde el lado occidental poco visitado, y deslízate por los corredores de clausura más allá del tramo de bajorrelieves más largo del mundo (nota: esto se puede hacer después del amanecer). Angkor Wat es un complejo de templos en Angkor, Camboya, construido para el rey Suryavarman II a principios del siglo XII como su templo estatal y ciudad capital. Como el templo mejor conservado en el sitio, es el único que ha permanecido como un centro religioso importante desde su fundación: primero hindú, dedicado al dios Vishnu, luego budista. Es el edificio religioso más grande del mundo y el templo está en la cima del alto estilo clásico de la arquitectura jemer.

El Bayon es un templo jemer ricamente decorado en Angkor en Camboya. Construido a finales del siglo XII o principios del XIII como el templo estatal del rey budista Mahayana Jayavarman VII, el Bayon se encuentra en el centro de la capital de Jayavarman, Angkor Thom. Una peculiaridad del Bayon es la ausencia de un muro cerrado. Sin embargo, está protegido por el muro que rodea la ciudad de Angkor Thom. El plan básico del Bayon es simple y comprende tres niveles (1-3). El primer y segundo nivel son galerías cuadradas con bajorrelieves. Un santuario central circular domina el tercer nivel. A pesar de este plan aparentemente simple, la disposición del Bayon es compleja, con un laberinto de galerías, pasajes y escalones conectados de una manera que hace que los niveles sean prácticamente indistinguibles y crea una iluminación tenue, pasillos estrechos y techos bajos. Los templos decorados con más de 200 caras sonrientes en su torre.
El estado de ruina de Ta Prohm es un estado de belleza, que se investiga con deleite y se lamenta. Ta Prohm se encuentra al suroeste de East Mebon y al este de Angkor Thom. Su recinto exterior está cerca de la esquina de Banteay Kdei. Se puede acceder ingresando al monumento desde el oeste y saliendo desde la entrada este. Consejo: Ta Prohm es especialmente sereno y hermoso a primera hora de la mañana. Una antorcha y una brújula son útiles para visitar este templo en todo momento. Fue construido entre mediados del siglo XII y principios del siglo XIII (1186) por el rey Jayavarman VII, dedicado a la réplica de la madre del rey (budista) al estilo de arte Bayon. Ta Prohm es uno de los monumentos más grandes en el complejo de Angkor, la discriminación da una idea del tamaño del templo. El complejo incluía 260 estatuas de dioses, 39 torres con pináculos y 566 grupos de residencias. Ta Prohm comprende una serie de edificios largos y bajos de pie en un nivel, que están encerrados por un muro rectangular de laterita (600 por 1,000 metros, 1,959 por 3,281 pies). Solo quedan rastros de la pared aún visibles. Al centro del monumento se llega por una serie de torres conectadas con pasajes. Este arreglo forma una 'especie de camino sagrado al corazón del monumento'; galerías de tres cuadrados encierran el área.

It was a seamless process we had to reschedule and they were very accomodating. We experienced the sunrise at the temples. The tour guide Vantha was very knowledgeable and his laughter was contagious. We were looked after and had a tuk tuk experience with plenty of water and cold towel due to hot weather. Well recommend
If you're visiting Siem Reap, do yourself a favour and book the private tuk tuk tour and ask for Vantha. As a Siem Reap local, born and bred, his knowledge, passion, and pride for Cambodia and its history made this one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Vantha guided us through the incredible temples of Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, and Angkor Thom, sharing fascinating stories, historical insights, and hidden details we would never have discovered on our own. His explanations brought each temple to life and gave us a much deeper appreciation of the Khmer Empire. He was friendly, professional, punctual, and always made sure we were comfortable, with plenty of opportunities to stop for photos and take in the breathtaking scenery. Nothing ever felt rushed, and his warm personality made the day even more enjoyable. We can't recommend this tour highly enough. I had an amazing time spending the day with some of my boys along with my guide and driver, Sath and Mr. Sim. We were provided with plenty of water from a cooler on the tuk tuk along with cold damp towels to cool off between walks and rides. The tour was incredibly in depth, as we hit multiple locations around the area and learned a ton of history. I’d highly recommend Sath and Mr. Sim!
Our guide Sath and driver Mr. Sim were excellent guides! Myself and two other friends had a great time waking up early in the morning to catch such a great sunset at Angkor Watt. Not only did they pick us up from our hotel bright and early they made sure our experience was everything as promised. Sath was extremely knowledgeable about the sacred area and it was very apparent that he wanted all of us to enjoy the beautiful site. Not a better duo to explore the beauties of Angkor Watt and the surrounding temples with!
Sath is one of the friendliest people I have met while traveling through Asia for the past 2 months. He's very funny, and extremely knowledgeable on all information regarding the tour, as well as smaller details most do not catch on. He gave us some time in between the tour for breakfast, stopped for bathrooms, and was very patient and easy going the whole time. Overall great experience, genuinely think you can’t find a better guide.

Booked this tour last minute and it didn't disappoint. It was a wonderful experience with San as our tour guide and Sem as our tuk tuk driver. We did the sunrise tour - San took us to a perfect spot to watch the sunrise and even grabbed us a coffee while we waited. He was very knowledgeable throughout the tour and easy to talk to. Sem was always waiting with the tuk tuk and had cold water and cold herbal towels waiting for us, which was much appreciated. They took us to a nice café to get a bite and a cold drink before our last temple. I wouldn't hesitate to book again to see more if we are ever back.
