Lugares y horarios de recogida
Recogida en el lobby de hoteles o apartamentos céntricos. Punto de encuentro del puerto de cruceros: Puerta #12. Hora de recogida: 08:45 am (horarios sujetos a cambios, a confirmar tras la reserva). Los tickets se envían a través del Panel de Control de VIATOR y WhatsApp si lo has informado al momento de la reserva. Si no los has recibido, por favor ponte en contacto con nosotros. Después de que nuestro conductor te deje en el puerto de Buenos Aires, solo tienes que ir al mostrador del check in de la compañía de ferry y presentar tu pasaporte o identificación válida para este viaje internacional. Talvez te podrían solicitar los tickets. Por favor, tenlos impresos o en tu móvil. Recibirás la tarjeta de embarque y pasarás por migraciones para luego tomar el barco a Colonia. Al llegar a Colonia, UY, luego de pasar por el control de equipaje, encontrarás la puerta de salida a la izquierda. Una vez que lo atravieses, gira a la izquierda y verás un mostrador con un cartel que dice "Walking Tour". Por favor contacta al personal de la compañía de ferry en ese mostrador dentro de la terminal portuaria para que puedas iniciar el recorrido a pie (por favor, muestra tu voucher para que te puedan asignar al grupo correcto). Si no encuentras a nadie allí, por favor intente encontrar los otros mostradores de la compañía de ferry dentro de la terminal portuaria. Para tu viaje de regreso, debes estar en el Puerto de Colonia para el check in 01 hora antes de la hora de salida. Puedes consultar el horario de salida en los tickets que te enviamos o consultarnos o preguntar al personal del ferry una vez llegues a Colonia. Será necesario que vuelvas a registrarte en el mostrador de la compañía de ferry para obtener tu tarjeta de embarque y pasar por migraciones. Una vez de regreso en Buenos Aires y luego de migraciones, nuestro chofer te estará esperando con un cartel con tu nombre para llevarte al punto de partida.

A very well organised trip that fit our needs perfectly. Hotel pick up and drop off took the stress out of navigating additional transport. The walking tour with Lourdes was very interesting with fantastic insights and tips for our self exploration of Colonia del Sacramento. Thoroughly enjoyed our day trip from Buenos Aires. An extra shoutout for our pickup driver as our ferry was delayed getting back in.

Although Viator did their part well, the ferry departed 2 hours late due to mechanical issues. The passport and immigration check is slow upon arrival in Uruguay. By the time we met up with our tour guide and finished lunch it was 4pm, and we were supposed to board again at 5. To me the process is too long. Luckily, we got an extension for the last ferry back but would have to take a taxi back to our hotel. There is not much to see in Colonia, although the people are lovely.

the tour was not quite what I was expecting. Paid alot of money for very little service. I would not recommend this tour or do it again. When you pay over $200.00 for tour there should be more service.

A perfect way to spend the last day in Buenos Aires. A very nice ferry ride to Uruguay followed by a quick walk along the old town. The ferry ride back was right at sunset which topped off the perfect end of the day.

Colonia del Sacramento is beautiful and well worth a visit - I’d have stayed there in fact but a day trip is great if you are short of time. The tour company were very communicative and drivers were punctual and friendly.

A good way to fill in a day with the ferry to and from Colonia de Sacramento. The walking tour was short, so gave you ample of time to explore on your own, also have lunch at one of the many eateries, and some shopping. With the return ferry leaving at 5pm we got to enjoy a magnificent sunset. .

This is a well-organized trip that allows a Buenos Aires traveler to add a day trip to another country. The service and communication was perfect. Our driver was on-time for both pick ups. The ferry is comfortable and the walking tour in Colonia is fine. Here is where I will add “but”…. Customs and Security take hours from your day. It is remarkably congested. This trip is only for die-hard travelers like me who want to say they’ve been to Uruguay. It is not an in-depth experience.

Lovely day trip. Needed another 6 hours to visit the nooks and crannies. Immigration and baggage scanners take up most valuable time. Otherwise enjoyed the day

I paid almost 400$for 2 person for this tour but tour guid was just one hour with us and they chenge my retern at last minutes and said back to the port at 3 pm .It,s mean just 2 hours for visit city and get lunch and back to port.So I cheged my retern ticket to 8,30 with tour guid help.But when I cald tour oprator for let him know and get ride,he yeling and screamed on me and said why you chenged your retern. But driver was nice and I caled her directly and she came picked us on time.

You changed your ticket without previously informing that to us and we even made our best and accomodated the new time for your transfer back to your hotel in Buenos Aires. Nobody yelled and screamed on you from our side. We think it is a reasonable price if you consider the hints we gave you and the transfers we provided (even the last one with your last minute change) that made it a safe and smooth trip. Don't hire this. They have a lousy attitude. If a customer expresses a doubt, it bothers them. They act like they're doing you a favor. I definitely do NOT recommend it.

Ud. nos contactó en varias oportunidades por Whatsapp. Primero no quería tomar el tour en el horario contratado, cuestión que se le brindó una cordial respuesta explicándole que no se podía tomar más tarde. Luego, le enviamos 4 veces por email y Whatsapp los datos de su reserva y detalles de recolección en su hotel. Nos contactó nuevamente por Whatsapp para consultarnos si debía ir por su cuenta a la terminal o la pasaban a buscar y le respondimos gentilmente e indicamos que por favor, revisara los detalles que le habíamos enviado ese mismo día y que eran relevantes no solamente para su recolección sino para que Ud. no obviase ningún otro detalle y evitase inconvenientes en su viaje. A lo que Ud. respondió de una forma poco cordial por tal indicación. Tal vez, haya sido que Ud. estaba un poco agotada ese día ya que nos contactó a altas horas de la noche del día anterior a su viaje. Le pedimos disculpas, no era nuestra intensión que Ud. mal interpretara nuestra respuesta bien intencionada a brindarle una respuesta completa y favorable. Las consultas nunca nos molestan, preferimos que tengan claro la explicación que brindamos detalladamente de los servicios y así, garantizamos un buen viaje. Es una pena que no haya comentado sobre los lugares que visitó y demás detalles que con certeza, le aportarían una gran ayuda a otros viajeros.
