Excursión por la costa en Ensenada: Excursiones en las bodegas Entre Santos y El Cielo con almuerzo

We were promptly greeted by Yoshiro at the cruise port in Ensenada. The tour was to include two wineries and lunch per the description. Yoshiro was pleasant and easy to communicate with which we really appreciated. The first winery, El Cielo was lovely. Nice grounds, nice people and good wine. But, it was only a tasting - no tour no discussions. The second winery, Enter Santos is an older more established but very run down winery. Again just a tasting, no tour no discussion. The worst part was we expected the advertised lunch. The only choice (which was only told to us as we were headed there from the second winery) was for seafood. We are severely allergic to seafood, so we asked for alternatives. Yoshiro contacted the "front office" who told him that the only choice for lunch was this one outdoor, food truck that only served seafood. The company is not forthcoming with information, and while they initially offered a $40 rebate due to not having lunch, they never provided that to us. Would we recommend? Well, this is not really a tour - it is a car service to two tastings....and the advertised lunch is suspect.... I wouldn't recommend overall.

We had a great time visiting 2 wineries. Frieda was amazing. She made great conversation and kept us entertained on the drive to and from the port. She was even our personal photographer. She made sure we had everything we needed at both wineries and at lunch! Fernando made sure we made it through our journey safely. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

The wineries are definitely worth the trip. Beautiful locations and very good wine as well. The communication with the tour operator was really poor and disorganized though. Our driver, Alex was very friendly but the product did not include everything that promised and nobody in the wineries really knew anything about our reserved times. I recommend visiting the wineries but not with this tour operator.

Jorge was fabulous! He took us around to the wineries and secured a charcuterie tray when we requested it. Then we asked him to take us to LOCAL restaurant for lunch - it was awesome. Highly recommend Jorge for the winery tour.

Hazzel was wonderful she took us to great wineries and we even got cheese! This was a great way to spend a day! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! We loved it and can’t wait to go back!

We stopped by the hotels' restaurant, and oh my gosh! We received the best service, and such yummy food. We enjoyed brunch with a beautiful view, mimosas, and five star service. Thank you so much for our experience!

DO NOT BOOK THIS EXCURSION!!!! I paid for the excursion and no one picked us up nor told us the trip was canceled. I called the numbers on file, emailed them, and I have yet to receive a refund or response from them. I thought this was a trusted site because I booked through trip advisor, but I guess not.

<p>When we booked this tour 7 of us we were told it consisted of 2 winery tours with 7 tastings at each winery. Also included was lunch at Latitiude 32 restaurant adjacent to the second winery. I spent the entire tour trying to straighten out the details of what we were promised. We only received 5 tastings at the first winery after we waited 45 minutes for another group to arrive. After starting late, we were told by our tour driver we had to leave in the middle of our tastings because we had an appointment at the second winery! After getting to the second winery, we discovered we only had 3 tastings and NO lunch! The whole day was a mess. Fortunately our driver was very sincere it wasn't his fault and he took us to a restaurant that he recommended in town on our own expense. I put in a complaint with Viator and we were refunded half of our money. I was hoping for a full refund, but it is what it is. Definitely not worth the price they are charging!</p>
