Puebla es una ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO y una de las más ricas gastronómicas. La ciudad fue fundada para que los españoles vivieran en la época virreinal, por lo que todas las especies e ingredientes provenientes de Europa y Asia tuvieron que pasar por la ciudad antes de llegar a la Ciudad de México. Esta combinación que incluye los ingredientes locales contribuyó a crear la mejor cocina de México. Ronnie was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the history and food culture of Puebla. We explored many unique spots along the way; we even got to make our own tortilla! Ronnie went out of his way to make the tour safe and enjoyable for everyone. This tour was definitely worth it.

Ronnie was incredible! So kind, friendly, sassy and genuine!!! We loved spending time with him and seeing the city through his eyes! It felt like such a personalised tour! He took us to his favourite places told us about the food his grandma would eat with him! Even went above and beyond to show us areas that had nothing to do with food!!! Definitely experience Puebla with Ronnie! You will love it more than you already do!
We enjoyed outer tour and seeing a lot of the city by foot. It is a lot of food!! Maybe a bit less food stops and a few more cultural stops would be good. Wendy was a good guide and very helpful and flexible.

Had a great experience with Ronnie . He had a lot of knowledge about the history of the area and different buildings. Picked some wonderful food stops , places you might not find on your own. Take the tour . Thanks Ronnie .

Lupita was excellent tour guide., not only did she concentrate on the food , she also talked about the history of Puebla.
Ronnie was our tour guide and he was exceptional! He took us to a number of culinary hotspots from an eclectic food market to a 5th generation restaurant and everywhere in between (including one of the oldest candy shops in the city). Ronnie was a wealth of knowledge regarding not only food but also the local history. With a super-pleasant demeanor and keen sense of humor he really brought out the most of this excursion. I cannot recommend this trip enough. Thanks again Ronnie!
