Mientras estés en el puerto de Palma de Mallorca, dirígete a una excursión privada a Palma y Deia, uno de los pueblos más bellos de Mallorca. La primera parada será un paseo por el encantador pueblo de Deia con su guía, y también hará una parada fotográfica en la famosa roca perforada de Sa Foradada, y verá la Serra de Tramuntana (la cordillera de Tramuntana), declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. La siguiente parada será para disfrutar de un tour panorámico en Palma mientras conducimos al Castillo de Bellver, ubicado en lo alto de una colina, y admiramos las vistas de Palma, la Catedral de Santa María (La Seu) y el Palacio Real de la Almudaina. Continúe en un recorrido turístico a lo largo del paseo marítimo de Palma de Mallorca y explore el centro histórico de la ciudad de Palma de Mallorca en un recorrido a pie con su guía privado.

Una excursión es mucho más que solo llevarlo desde su hotel en Mallorca hasta el lugar. Nuestra filosofía es que cada excursión en Mallorca debe ser una experiencia y utilizamos los mejores guías y elegimos los mejores itinerarios para asegurarnos de crear experiencias inolvidables.
Lo recogeremos en un vehículo privado (normalmente un mini bus) justo afuera del muelle de su crucero, y nos dirigiremos al área de la montaña de Tramuntana.
¡Nos detendremos aquí brevemente para disfrutar de las hermosas vistas y para que pueda tomar algunas fotos para recordar esta experiencia! El nombre Sa Foradada proviene de tener un agujero en la estructura rocosa que es visible desde varios puntos de la sierra. Cuenta la leyenda que este agujero es el resultado de un cañonazo durante la guerra entre corsarios norteafricanos y cristianos a las órdenes de Mateu Sanglada en 1582.
Deia ha sido elegida como lugar de residencia de numerosos escritores, músicos y artistas. El más famoso de ellos es Robert Graves, poeta y autor inglés, que se instaló allí y se inspiró en Deia para escribir su libro más famoso: “Yo, Claudio”. Se puede visitar su casa y aún se conservan sus muebles, recuerdos personales, álbumes de fotos de literatura, y también es un buen ejemplo de cómo son las casas típicas mallorquinas. Camina por las calles de Deia y sentirás el ambiente bohemio. ¡El arte está en todas partes! Es un pueblo tranquilo y excelentes restaurantes, ¡uno con una estrella Michelin! Para un pueblo pequeño hay una gran variedad de restaurantes. Deià es una afición gastronómica además de artística.
Luego iniciamos la caminata guiada en la plaza del ayuntamiento donde admiraremos su plaza; uno de los hitos de la ciudad. Desde allí, caminaremos hasta la zona monumental donde encontraremos la Catedral de Palma y el Palacio de la Almudaina, dos de los monumentos más importantes de Palma de Mallorca. Durante el recorrido, nuestro guía te explicará lo que ves para que puedas comprender mejor cómo es la ciudad de Palma de Mallorca, y la relación entre la ciudad y los lugares por los que pasamos durante la caminata guiada.
Lo llevarán a un recorrido turístico en nuestro autobús desde donde tendrá excelentes vistas panorámicas de toda la ciudad, incluida una parada para tomar fotografías con magníficas vistas de toda Palma. Este tour llegará a todas las áreas de Palma incluyendo la zona comercial, el paseo marítimo, el puerto y la zona de cruceros.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Te recogeremos y te dejaremos en tu crucero o, si te alojas en un hotel, fuera de tu hotel o en un punto de recogida cercano. Para los huéspedes que se alojen en Port de Sóller, se puede organizar recogida privada bajo petición. Las tarifas de los tours privados se basan en las salidas desde Palma City o la terminal de cruceros de Palma. Debido a la distancia adicional y el tiempo de traslado requerido, se aplica un cargo adicional de 125 € para las recogidas en Port de Sóller. Una vez que haya hecho la reserva, le enviaremos primero un correo electrónico con los detalles de la reserva, y luego un segundo correo electrónico confirmando la hora de salida y el punto de salida.

This may have been our favorite city during our two week tour! Camy met us at the port and we had no problem finding her. What I loved most about this tour is there was a separate driver which allowed the tour guide (Camy) to focus on telling us about the sites. She was so prepared and even had a binder with notes in it so she could show us pictures as she was referencing certain topics. She was so detailed yet gave us free time to explore on our own and shop around. She guided us to the BEST bakery! It was a beautiful experience getting to learn so much about this town. I loved that it wasn’t filled with tourists too! We all had such a wonderful time! I highly recommend this tour company and Camy! You won’t regret it!

The island was great but the private guide, charging more than $1,000, was almost 30 min late coming to get us at the port, with no apology. He spoke our language, English, yet we couldn't understand him and he often did not understand us. When i asked him to find on his phone the name of the villages where we were visiting so i could see it in writing so I could know where we were, he did it once, not again for the other villages. When I then asked him to write the names of the villages on paper he got angry. I was already highly frustrated at this point. I knew what a good private guide was and he was not one, far from it! The so called professional guide started threatening me if i was not happy after he sent us off to find lunch somewhere, that he would call his boss and cancel the trip. I didnt know if he might leave us stranded in the mountains of Mallorca. Luckily the driver was able to interpret for us to the guide which helped a little bit. She did not speak English, but understood it better than the guide. She was very nice. We had a driver and a guide, so the driver could stay with the car and the gide could guide around and educate us, but the guide sent us off on our own in at least 3 villages to find our way around with little to no explanation of the history, culture, or not even a recommendation at what restaurant to eat. He seemed to care most about taking photos for us, which really was not my primary interest. That is why we paid for guide and driver, not just a driver. Most drivers take good photos so we did not need a guide for that.. Also most drivers know the little amount of history that he shared with us.....We did not go to many of the places listed on the tour and then the guide had the nerve to tell us near the end that we owed him for 2 hours extra, in cash. $250. I asked to talk to his manager on the phone and explained we had only stayed out 1 hr extra so was willing to pay $125 more. Truly it was the worst tour of my life and I have been on many happy successful tours all around the world. All but this one.

We're very sorry to hear that the experience didn’t meet your expectations and that you felt disappointed — that is never what we want for our guests. However, we would like to respectfully clarify a few points. According to our GPS records, the full itinerary was covered as planned — and in fact, even more locations were visited than originally listed. Regarding the start time, there was indeed a 20-minute shift, but this was communicated to you well in advance, weeks before the tour, to adjust for port logistics that day. About the additional charge: the tour ran 1.5 hours longer than scheduled, but we only charged for 1 extra hour, and this was communicated and agreed upon during the tour. We’re truly sorry if there was any communication difficulty with the guide. All our guides are professionals, but of course, interpersonal dynamics and expectations can sometimes differ. We are already reviewing this situation internally to ensure it’s handled better in the future.

We had a great tour with our driver Juan and our guide Jeanine. Lots of walking, great scenery and her knowledge of the areas we visited was outstanding! I recommend this tour! At the end we stopped at a cafe and had the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had in my life!
We had a great time, the tour was wonderful, the area was truly beautiful. What made it really special was our guide, Michael, he was very knowledgeable and shared local colorful history and tidbits! If you decide to take this tour, please request for Michael, the British guide!
This review is long over due since our trip occurred on May 20, 2019. The Palma de Mallorca and Valldemossa visit was the first of five ports during our Royal Caribbean Western Mediterranean cruise. The trip was also the first time me and my wife was in Europe. Natalia (from Russia) was by far the best tour excursion guide we had for the week. She was very prompt and made sure we got to all our attractions prior to the big busload crowds arrivals so we could have plenty of time to visit without feeling rush. She was very accommodating/flexible to any of our requests. She was very friendly/engaging and provided excellent historic content to the trip, along with appeared to go out of her way to ensure our visit would be memorable and unique. We really appreciated her panoramic commentary video she took of us on one of the ledges in Palma de Mallorca with the Mediterranean sea in the background. I would recommend requesting Natalia any time you are doing the Palma de Mallorca to Valldemosse excursion. In addition, I would recommend using a Viator excursion over the cruise ship excursions every time.
Excellent tour!! Our guide Albert was the best explaining the history of the city. Recommended a very good restaurant. Will definitely do it again.
<p>This was a PRIVATE tour for our group of 7. Your agent No Frills Excursions sent a mini coach for over 20 people to pick us up. The obvious intention was to add on other passengers. Also as it happened 5 persons from our group did not join the tour as they were very tired from the previous day's tour. The guide told us that since 5 persons in our group were not coming he was taking other passengers. This was not true as he had already come with a mini coach. Then he told us that since the other passengers had Valledemosa on their itinerary, he was going to skip the Palma sightseeing and take us to Valledemosa, Deia and Sollet Valley. Hence we could not see the beautiful Cathedral of Palma. Also after we had gone a few miles, he told us that he had to pick up some more people from the Port and so the coach returned to the Port to pick up 3 more people. Then despite the delay, he gave a half hour break in Valledemossa and in Soller valley. As a result of all this, we barely managed to get back to the cruise ship 5 minutes before the All Aboard time of 6.30 pm. The guide had told us that if we had time on our return trip he would take us to the Cathedral to take some pictures. Even that could not be done as we simply had no time. To say that we were very very disappointed on this tour would surely be an understatement!!</p>
