El peso máximo por persona es de 240, para garantizar que se cumpla la restricción de peso, los huéspedes serán pesados en el lugar. Venga en el único tour que tiene un biólogo marino como guía turístico. Explicarán todos los procesos involucrados y las condiciones únicas requeridas para que ocurra este fenómeno sobrenatural. Su biólogo marino también le explicará cómo este delicado ecosistema mantiene un equilibrio puro y qué se debe hacer para preservar y proteger la Laguna Grande de la Bahía Bio. ¡Es un lugar muy especial en el Planeta Tierra! Todo el equipo, aperitivos y clases de kayak están incluidos. La edad mínima es de 6 años. Los niños menores de 6 años no están permitidos en ninguno de nuestros tours.

- Nuestros kayaks son todos kayaks en tándem para dos personas - usted está reservando por persona no por kayak. Si queda un espacio, significa que hay 1 espacio en un kayak en tándem.
- Los huéspedes menores de 18 años deben ir acompañados de un adulto.
- El propietario del animal de servicio debe proporcionar un chaleco salvavidas con licencia de la Guardia Costera para el animal. El animal debe tener el control total todo el tiempo. Ten en cuenta que habrá mucha gente alrededor en la oscuridad.
- Los huéspedes que no puedan completar el tour por cualquier motivo no recibirán un reembolso de ningún tipo.
- Todos los huéspedes deben ser capaces de remar sus kayaks por sí mismos. Uno de los requisitos es que puedas entrar y salir del kayak por tu cuenta y poder maniobrarlo. Si usted es un kayakista sin experiencia, le sugerimos que elija el tour anterior.
- Si queda un espacio, significa que hay 1 espacio (para 1 persona) en un kayak en tándem (No hay kayaks disponibles). Te acompañará otro invitado en el tour.
- Todos los huéspedes deben llegar 30 minutos antes del inicio de su tour. Respetuosamente no aceptaremos ni esperaremos a ningún huésped después de este tiempo.
- Si es necesario, se puede utilizar una lona (dosel) durante la excursión para bloquear cualquier contaminación lumínica y mejorar la experiencia.
- Con el fin de apreciar mejor los fenómenos bioluminiscentes, nuestros tours se realizan al atardecer y temprano por la noche y puede oscurecer bastante en el canal de manglares. Por lo tanto, si usted tiene miedo de la oscuridad, un primer kayakista, o tiene niños pequeños le sugerimos encarecidamente tomar el viaje más temprano, puesta del sol. De esta manera podrás ver a dónde vas, acostumbrarte al entorno y afinar tus habilidades en kayak
- Debido a la inmensa popularidad de la gira Bio Bay, a veces puede estar lleno. No es raro encontrarse con otros grupos turísticos que esperan acceder al canal que conduce a la laguna. Puede haber otros kayaks en el camino.
- Tenga en cuenta que este tour se realiza en un entorno natural y que el fenómeno bioluminiscente, aunque raro, se puede ver durante todo el año. La intensidad del brillo es impredecible y puede variar de mínima a muy brillante repentinamente.
- NOTA ESPECIAL : Animamos a nuestros huéspedes a no reservar el tour el mismo día de su llegada a la Isla, incluso viniendo de Vieques o Culebra. Si el vuelo o el ferry se retrasan y el huésped pierde el tour, el huésped no tendrá derecho a un reembolso o reprogramación.
- El TOUR TIME puede cambiar dependiendo de la hora de puesta del sol. Si es así, le enviaremos un recordatorio de la hora de reunión actualizada.
- Este tour tiene lugar en el agua. Espera mojarte completamente. Use ropa y zapatos que puedan mojarse. Recomendamos llevar una muda de ropa y toalla para después del viaje.
- Tour no se cancela en días de lluvia. Nos mojaremos de todos modos ;)
- Hay baños públicos en el sitio, pero no siempre están en buenas condiciones. Puede considerar parar en la comida rápida antes de llegar al lugar de la reunión o usar los baños de las tiendas / restaurantes cercanos que a veces están disponibles.
- Cierta época del año llegan a nuestras costas grandes cantidades de sargazo (algas marinas). Esto puede hacer que remar se sienta como un entrenamiento. También el olor natural de descomposición podría ser desagradable.
- Incluso si el sistema Viator permite al huésped escribir peso por encima del límite, seguirá siendo de 240 libras el límite de peso.
- No hay madres embarazadas
- Por razones de seguridad, los niños menores de 6 años NO PUEDEN participar en el tour PURE ADVENTURE.
- Aquellos que tienen epilepsia, problemas de espalda, claustrofobia, afecciones cardíacas, mareos, cirugía reciente o cualquier otra afección que pueda poner en riesgo la vida no se les permite participar en el tour PURE ADVENTURE.
- RESTRICCIÓN : límite de peso de 240 libras por PERSONA, no por kayak. Para garantizar que se cumple la restricción de peso, los huéspedes serán pesados en el lugar.
- No recomendado para viajeros con problemas cardíacos u otras afecciones médicas graves
- Nuestras oficinas están cerradas los DOMINGOS - Las reservas hechas el sábado después de las 5 pm no serán revisadas hasta el lunes a las 9 am. Para solicitar cancelaciones durante este tiempo, envíenos un mensaje a través de Viator.
- Es responsabilidad del huésped cumplir con los requisitos de salud y peso.

Even with the reduced fare it was not a great value for the money, too much time waiting to go back -a bit touristy trap ish
This experience is not like it's mentioned and being original from the island i felt robbed. They had 15 kayaking most with no experience through a Mangles maze. They had enough tour guides but not enough lights to light up the path. At some point my partner and I with ok experience in kayaking we were in the front line in the peach black. If I hadn't taken my phone God knows. We got hit by Mangles Trees on our faces and body. They didn't say you can loose an eye. Wich will be a law suit if it happened. Secondly if my math is right this people profit 1995 per trip just to put a tarp over our heads and see nothing. I'm from the island and believe me is not that hard to see Bioluminescent water. And if the salgado is keeping it down why still profit thousands of dollars, and covering yourself with the, is not guaranteed due to Mother nature bull$&* I do not recommend. The only good thing was star gazing and getting 100 facts from Eli which was not worth the money at all.

Prior to departure, every guest is fully informed about the current bioluminescence conditions and is given the option to participate or cancel. As this tour takes place within a protected nature reserve, we do not use lights in the mangrove channels, as doing so would disturb the wildlife and diminish the natural experience. This is a nighttime kayaking tour conducted in natural darkness, and while many guests enjoy this unique environment, we understand it may not be the right fit for everyone. The staff and guides we great however the experience in itself was a complete disappointment. There was absolutely no bioluminescence to be seen…even with putting a tarp over us. The smell and the mosquitoes were pretty bad. I also feel the tour was over crowded.

disappointed is an understatement. This bay does not glow do not listen to them. Book in vieques if you want to experience a biobay on your PR vacay
