Alessia was an immaculate tour guide. Very knowledgeable, humorous and friendly. It was the best tour I’ve ever had. We went on a tour of the Sistine chapel the following day but this tour with Alessia blew that tour out of the water!
Guided tours are always better when the guide loves the subject matter, and our guide, Alessia, clearly does! She was very knowledgeable about the palace, the centuries of history behind it, and presented that information in a way that made the 3 hours fly by. The pace that she keeps leaves time to both listen to her and snap some pictures while not getting tired from all the walking. If visiting during the height of summer, I recommend booking this tour in the afternoon so that the sun is low for the garden portion.
An impressive place with a knowledgeable and amusing guide, and no crowds! Wear good walking shoes if you intend to walk around the extensive gardens.
Pasquale, our guide, made us love and appreciate the beauty and wonder of the Royal Palace with its gardens. A wonder 💖

We had a great guide called Alessia. We thoroughly enjoyed the tours of both the palace and the English Gardens
It was a beautiful experience! Our guide Alessia is friendly, super knowledgeable, engaging, and she made the three hours fly by. She talks about the palace, the gardens, the rooms, and the theater with such a wealth of detail and passion that she leads you to live in that era, making you admire and fall in love with the characters!!! It is worth it for the quality and the value for her skill! Ask for her, you won't regret it! She welcomed us with a smile and professionalism and gave us an excellent experience! Thank you
Beautiful tour to appreciate the magnificent Royal Palace of Caserta, our guide Alessia was very good and very professional.
Guide Alessia was very well-prepared, passionate, excellent visit!
Very hot day, but despite this, a pleasant and very interesting visit. It was just the 4 of us, parents and daughters aged 10 and 11, with our guide Alessia, who immediately proved to be helpful, welcoming, and very well-prepared. The tour is well-organized and not at all tiring; the information provided was interesting, never excessive or boring, and seasoned with irony and personal taste. We highly recommend getting a guide; even our daughters were attentive and interested from start to finish and enjoyed this wonderful place, understanding what they were looking at and appreciating it even more. The guide's explanations help you avoid making glaring mistakes, like thinking that the cryptoporticus of Venus is left neglected without care, instead of discovering with amazement that the cracks in the walls and the holes in the ceiling were an idea of the first architect to make the environment look like a Pompeian villa after the eruption of Vesuvius... An experience that must absolutely be done!
