Viator does not coordinate trips well with local operators, the company Rushmore Transportation & Logistics did not pick us up at the hotel.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable trip to Umm Qais, Aijoun and Jerash. I travelled with Oday who was a great companion for the day. He was punctual, organised, knowledgeable and speaks fluent English. He answered my questions patiently and was a great ambassador for Jordan and the Jordanian people and culture. If you're interested in the history of the area and looking to see northern Jordan then this is a very well paced day out.
