We take comments regarding food quality and guest wellbeing extremely seriously. However, we must respectfully clarify that several of the statements made do not reflect our operation. Every afternoon tea is freshly prepared by our Chefs on the day of travel, and food safety is one of our highest priorities. We have rigorous preparation and handling procedures in place, and allegations suggesting otherwise are simply not consistent with our standards. We would also like to clarify that each table onboard is equipped with an iPad featuring Peppa Pig entertainment as well as an onboard Entertainer/Guide, helping to keep our younger guests engaged while they enjoy their afternoon tea and London's famous sights. Our beautifully restored Routemaster buses are heritage vehicles from the 1960s, so they were not originally built with air conditioning. While this is explained in advance, we appreciate that warmer days can occasionally make the journey less comfortable. As we cannot locate your booking from this review alone, we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to investigate your concerns further.
