Travis is knowledgeable, friendly and well prepared. He showed us a lot of different spot for the wild animal, introduced the history of Melbourne, the conservation of the animal The van is comfortble I can say This is one of the best tour for me so far. It Worth every mins and the money
What a great excursion! We had Travis as our guide and our family ended up getting a private tour as we were the only group on the bus. Travis was amazing! He is so knowledgeable about animals and we enjoyed listening to him share so many cool facts. During our time in Australia, we visited multiple animal parks in Sydney, Cairns, and Melbourne and the Moonlit Sanctuary was our favorite. The koalas appeared healthy, happy, and well taken care of at Moonlit Sanctuary. My kids were so excited to hand feed the kangaroos and wallabies. And of course, getting to see the cute blue penguins on Phillip Island was so cool. They were so little and had personalities! We heard the penguins “chatting” and saw them tussle with a mama goose who had chicks with her. It was a bit of a drive back to Melbourne but the time passed quickly with Travis sharing more stories and facts. It’s evident that Travis truly enjoys his job and really loves animals and sharing his knowledge. I would highly recommend this tour and you’re lucky if you get Travis as your guide! :)
Breathtaking scenery. Out guide, Travis was amazing. We stopped at the moonlit sanctuary. Got to pet and feed kangaroos, koalas, and wallabies . the penguins were the highlight of the show.
Travis is a wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable guide. Very helpful all throughout the tour. The experience was amazing and beautiful from the sanctuary walk with kangaroos and koalas to ocean views to watching the penguins walk in from the beach. A tour worth its money.
Travis was a great guide. He showed us the special sights of Melbourne as well as guides us through the nail Al sanctuary before we got to the penguin parade

Excellent - Travis was a terrific and informative guide. We had a great time - penguins and the sanctuary were great - highly recommend.!
Overall it was a great experience and glad we did it. Bummer that we had a lot of fog so we did not see many penguins. Only complaint would be not enough time to really get dinner. You can at best do grab and go. Also you are not allowed to take pictures once the sun sets and the penguins do not come until after that. Our guide did find one in a burrow before sunset so we at least got one picture.
