Este tour es el punto culminante de Medan - Sumatra del Norte, un viaje de un día a Brastagi Highland y al Lago Toba. Este tour ofrece un vistazo a la vida rural de Sumatra sin el arduo trabajo de contratar y conducir un auto de alquiler. Disfrutará de la fresca fruta local de la pasión y viajará entre el tradicional pueblo de Karo Batak, Dokan, y la cascada de Sipisopiso y, por supuesto, los tours más destacados son la belleza del lago Toba View desde el altiplano.

Itinerario
Será recogido de su hotel en Medan alrededor de las 8:00 am para comenzar su viaje por la fascinante ruta a través de la jungla hasta el pueblo de montaña de Brastagi en las Tierras Altas de Karo, este viaje durará aproximadamente 2 horas en auto. Pase tiempo en Brastagi entre las 10am y las 11am. En Brastagi puedes ver dos volcanes activos, el Sibayak y el Sinabung. Brastagi fue durante la época colonial un famoso resort de montaña debido a su clima fresco y agradable. Visite el colorido mercado de frutas Brastagi entre las 11:15 am y las 11: 45 am. Brastagi tiene un suelo fructífero volcánico que es ideal para el cultivo de frutas como maracuyá, mangistan, Solanum Betaceum, naranjas y una variedad de flores.
Después de almorzar, a continuación, nos dirigiremos al pueblo tradicional de Dokan para ver las casas tradicionales de Karo Dokan donde aún vive gente. En estas casas tradicionales, llamadas Djambur, 8 familias ocupan una casa. Bovinos, cerdos y búfalos de agua viven debajo de la casa. Puedes visitar una casa y ver su forma de vida.
Después de explorar el pueblo de dokan, conducirá hasta la cascada de Sipisopiso entre las 12:40 p. m. y la 1:40 p. m. a través del hermoso paisaje rural de las tierras altas de Karo Batak. . El Sipisopiso es una impresionante cascada que desemboca en el lago Toba. Desde aquí, con un corto paseo, tiene hermosas vistas de la parte norte del lago Toba, el lago de cráter más grande del sudeste asiático. Estará en el camino de regreso a Medan a las 2:40 p. m. y llegará a su alojamiento a las 5:40 p. m. * en este sitio solo una vista del lago toba desde arriba (no visita al lado del lago toba)

Eko was very knowledgeable and speaks good english. overall, the tour was good but with the title of the tour 'one day tour to explore brastagi high land & lake toba' I expected to go to lake toba, and not view of lake toba from sipisopiso. Especially for the price that was paid.
We were guided by Mr Eko and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew his way around the places we went to and was particularly well versed with the history and traditions of the places which we were very interested in. Great day!
Seeing the traditional homes where the Batak people continue to live was amazing! I loved looking at where they sleep and cook their meals. My guide and driver was wonderful and very concerned with what I was interested in seeing along the way.
Scenic view of Si Piso Piso Waterfall and Lake Toba from hill top . Amazing drive down from Lake Toba view to the lunch venue at a floating restaurant on Lake Toba. Colorful Brastagi Fruit Market was marvellous . Visit to Batak Karo village and Sinabung Volcano was very enjoyable - Well designed and excellent itinerary for this tour package . Not forgetting the knowledgeable tour guide Pak Eko and experienced driver Pak Rafii did an excellent job to take us through and fro the challenging journey safely . A Strongly recommended tour .

Brastagi is a typical hill station like many others in India and Asia. There are Strawberry farms, fruit market and a Buddhist temple. Highlight of visit was to see Sipiso-Piso waterfall. This is magnificent. One can go right down to bottom and behind the fall by stairs. Unfortunately, it was drizzling then, so the stairs were slippery and not advisable.
