The trip was great over all. The only problem was that the time of the meeting place was an hour off and we missed our bus to the ferry. We did receive an email with the new time but did not read it on time. We had to pay a taxi to get to there.

Omg amazing the hospitality couldn’t be any better especially the two young men who worked at the banana boat. They deserve 100 stars for making everyone laugh and feel young again.
Bus picked up on time, driver very good sharing History and sights of Aruba on way to boat. Helpful at check-in and arrival. Make sure you go right to beach to get chairs for the day. Teens were happy with food choices and slides but Snuba was the hit of the day with a very patient and attentive instructor. The regular snorkel area was easy to find and they provide all you need and you see some very pretty fish right off the steps down. Wear water shoes in the rocky bottom beach, refreshing swim.

We were very excited to experience De Palm Island. After having done it, I can say that I would not do it again. The flamingos were beautiful, and the turtles were super cute. The food was ok, the drinks were very sweet and it was as if there was no alcohol in them. I expected a bigger beach area, but the one that we had access to, was so rocky & seaweed all the way into the water. Even with water shoes, it was very uncomfortable to be in the water. After a couple of hours, we were ready to leave because there really isn't much to do, and the island is smaller than we expected. Most of the areas are closed off to private access to which you would have had to pay an additional cost. If you have young kids, they have more for them to do. For our family of (3), it was $438, and I would have had a better, and cheaper, day staying at my resort enjoying our beautiful beach and the food at our restaurant; not to mention (2) Happy Hours. We went with a group of friends, so we made the best of it, but I definitely would not be doing it again.

Overpriced for what they offer. If you want to interact with the flamingos, you have to rent a cabana, and by the time we got there, they were already sold out. The food wasn’t good, and the drinks were just okay. Other than that, you’re basically paying for the water slides. I booked this because I was under the impression that everything was included in the price. I did read the information beforehand, but it wasn’t as clear as I expected. I ended up spending $146 just to lay on the beach, which definitely wasn’t worth it. I’d say this place is okay if you’re visiting with kids, but if you’re looking for a better overall experience, I’d recommend checking out other options like Renaissance Island instead.
We decided to take a taxi to the ferry, instead of going through the tour. We had a great day and experience. The food was tasty and the drinks were good too. We snorkeled and used the slides. We did not go on the inflatables, but they looked like fun.
A Perfect Day at De Palm Island! Our day at De Palm Island was absolutely incredible and one of the best experiences of our Aruba vacation! We booked the All-Inclusive Day Trip with transportation, and everything was seamless from beginning to end. We reserved the VIP section with the flamingos, and it was worth every penny! The area was beautiful, relaxing, and the flamingos made the experience even more special by being around us. I loved it!!! The security team did an excellent job of keeping the VIP area exclusive and comfortable, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the day without any worries. The food was delicious with plenty of great options, and the drinks were refreshing and plentiful throughout the day. A special shoutout to our server, Deon, who truly made our experience exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and always had something to drink. His outstanding service and positive attitude made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. If you're visiting Aruba, I highly recommend the De Palm Island All-Inclusive Day Trip, especially the VIP section. Between the beautiful setting, amazing food and drinks, excellent service, and unforgettable atmosphere, it was a five-star experience all around. The experience was amazing i highly recommend the trip to the island. I do warn you, you need to come prepare to have a blast. All inclusive drinks and food and other park amenities, there is amenities that you will need to pay as you like. With the many free amenities provide on the trip you will not need to pay extras.
