Opciones de la excursión
Itinerario

An interesting experience! Whilst the majority of customers on this tour were Chinese and perhaps the tour was amended to meet their needs it did not really meet our expectations. More than 90% of the commentary was in Chinese and we were often not provided the English translation. There was a distinct lack of local knowledge, the choice of winery did not meet our needs although we did enjoy the lunch. The tour guide was friendly and did a great job but not suitable for English speaking clients and did not showcase the region as well as we would expect.
Thank you for being so honest and constructive with your feedback. I’m glad the lunch was a hit and that our guide's friendliness came through, but I am genuinely sorry that we let you down on the translation and the depth of the tour. You are completely right—feeling left out of the conversation for most of the day is a frustrating experience, and that is definitely not the standard we aim for. Balancing mixed-language groups is tough, but it's our job to get it right so that every single guest feels included and looked after. We really value our English-speaking guests, and your review has sparked an immediate conversation within our team about how we can better split our commentary and bring more local stories to the table. We’re also looking into our winery stops to make sure they offer a great experience for everyone. Thank you again for helping us get better. If your travels ever bring you back this way, please give us another chance to show you the experience you actually paid for and expected. Warm regards,
Our tour guide was Aaron, travel in a van / mini bus. We chose Duxton hotel as our pickup place. There are about 15 pax alltogether. Aoron converse mainly in mandarin but he did explain in english for us 🙂. Arrived at Bussleton Jetty around 10:45, just nice for our 11:00am train ride. Had ice cream treat which was yummy! Next we were brought to Aravina Estate for lunch. Had vegetarian pizza, one of which called “ORTOLANO” which is highly recommended. The itinerary also include wine tasting, but we cannot comment on that as we didn’t participate. Nice place to stroll around and take photos Then we continued our journey to the magnificent Canal Rocks. Would be really nice to get drone photos. Last stop was Cape Lavender, another ice cream treat. Overall the trip may be very rushed, but served the purpose of us wanting to visit all the places that we want. The van was comfortable, good AC. Aaron also spotted my husband’s Arsenal jersey (which unfortunately just lost 1-2 to Manchester City)
Thanks for the great feedback! We're happy you enjoyed the scenery. Because the Margaret River route involves a long drive and we must arrive on time for the scheduled Busselton Jetty train, the day is naturally quite full. Thank you for traveling with us, and we hope to see you in Western Australia again!
long bus trip. possibly need a rest stop along the way and back. otherwise all very good and prompt pickup and drop off
Thank you for your suggestions and positive feedback. We will optimize our routes to provide our guests with a better experience.
