¡Hola! Soy su guía local de Ciudad del Cabo, y no puedo esperar para llevarlo a este tour, ya que tengo muchas historias sobre el Cabo de buena esperanza que me encantaría compartir con usted. Recogida en su hotel antes de ir a Bo-Kaap, donde las casas de colores brillantes cuentan historias del rico pasado cultural de Ciudad del Cabo. Desde allí, seguiremos una de las rutas costeras más pintorescas del mundo. Espere vistas impresionantes mientras lentamente nos dirigimos a Cabo de la Buena Esperanza. Esta área es parte de la familia de plantas más rica del mundo y se le ofrecerán caminatas opcionales. También exploraremos algunas ciudades costeras con encanto. En Hout Bay, tendrá la opción de hacer un corto viaje en barco a la isla Duiker para ver las focas de piel del Cabo. Luego, en Simon’s Town, conoceremos a los famosos Pingüinos Africanos en Boulders Beach. En nuestro camino de regreso a Ciudad del Cabo, dependiendo del flujo de tráfico por carretera, pasaremos por la playa Muizenberg, conocida por sus coloridas cabañas de playa y su ambiente surfero antes de terminar el día en su hotel.

Itinerario
Poco después del comienzo del tour, antes de salir de la ciudad hacia la costa. Tendremos la oportunidad de hacer una parada rápida en el histórico Bo-Kaap para ver las casas de colores brillantes y descubrir su larga historia. Su guía lo acompañará mientras toma fotos y aprende sobre la historia de este barrio.
Ubicado en las estribaciones de la montaña Lion's Head hay un suburbio acomodado llamado Bantry Bay. Muy conocida por su estado libre de viento, Bantry Bay tiene más de 250 días sin viento al año, lo que es mucho en Ciudad del Cabo teniendo en cuenta el clima ventoso de la ciudad madre.
Escondido en lo alto de la ladera de la montaña hay otro vecindario opulento llamado Clifton. Además de las propiedades inmobiliarias caras, Clifton también es conocido por tener algunas de las mejores playas cerca de Ciudad del Cabo. Las cuatro playas de Clifton que se dividen naturalmente en 4 por rocas de granito.
Vea las hermosas colinas Beverly de Ciudad del Cabo llamadas Camps Bay. Pare brevemente para tomar fotos y disfrutar de las vistas de los Doce Apóstoles.
A 15 minutos de Camps Bay se encuentra Hout Bay. Un pueblo que está rodeado por las montañas y el frío Atlántico. Todos los caminos que conducen al tráfico aquí pasan por puertos de montaña. ¡No se arrepienta de haber dejado sus pasaportes cuando aparezca el letrero "Bienvenido a la república de Hout bay"!
Nuestro viaje tendrá una parada de una hora en el puerto de la bahía de Hout, donde podrá subirse a un bote y embarcarse en un viaje panorámico de 40 minutos a una isla habitada por más de 5 mil lobos marinos del cabo. Verá las focas desde el barco y, si no está interesado en hacer el viaje en barco, puede pasar un tiempo explorando el mercado de artesanías o incluso dar un paseo de 10 minutos hasta la playa de Hout bay. Tenga en cuenta que este extra opcional puede agregar otra hora al recorrido.
Al salir de la bahía de Hout, nos dirigiremos hacia el mundialmente famoso Chapman Peak Drive. Un camino de montaña conocido localmente como Chapies. ¡Una obra maestra de la ingeniería! El pico de Chapman serpentea durante 9 km a lo largo de las gigantescas montañas del pico de Chapman que parece caer al océano como una avalancha. También tendrá la oportunidad de detenerse para tomar fotos y disfrutar de las vistas del océano Atlántico, los acantilados y las playas de arena blanca.
En el extremo sur del pico de Chapman se encuentra una aldea agrícola de Noordhoek. Los edificios encalados y con techo de paja funcionan como tiendas que se comercializan como tiendas de jugos crudos, cafeterías, panaderías, restaurantes, tiendas de artesanías y tiendas de ropa. Se le ofrecerá una breve parada para disfrutar de algunos de estos.
Unos 200 metros antes de la reserva natural de Cape Point se encuentra una granja de avestruces donde los huéspedes tendrán la oportunidad de pasar por la carretera y tomar fotografías del ave más grande de África.
La reserva natural de Cape Point alberga el rincón más al suroeste de África (Cabo de Buena Esperanza). La rica fauna y flora hace de este lugar un punto de acceso a la biodiversidad. Podrá disfrutar de las vistas desde la comodidad del vehículo o incluso a pie.
Afamado el rincón de África. Donde el Atlántico Frío y los océanos Índicos comparten terrenos comunes. Sin embargo, el Cabo de Buena Esperanza es solo el punto más sudoccidental de África. Rutas de senderismo a la cumbre del Cabo hace una gran actividad y turismo. La señal del Cabo de Buena Esperanza también es otra gran atracción. Las posibles rutas de senderismo diferentes le serán ofrecidas desde aquí por su guía.
Camine o tome un funicular (por cuenta propia) hasta el tercer faro más antiguo de Sudáfrica para disfrutar de una vista de 360 grados del parque nacional. El viejo faro se lanzó en 1860 solo para ser desmantelado 40 años y docenas de naufragios demasiado tarde después de que los estudios demostraran que su gran altitud representaba un gran peligro para los marineros alrededor del cabo, ya que no podían verlo en condiciones de clima nublado. Desde entonces, se construyó un nuevo faro a una altitud mucho menor.
Otro pueblo tranquilo y rico en la costa de False Bay. La ciudad de Simon, construida en estilo victoriano, alberga algunos de los restaurantes de mariscos más frescos y donde puede detenerse durante una hora y almorzar (el guía puede optar por almorzar en Cape Point dependiendo de cómo se desarrolle el recorrido).
Boulders Beach Penguin Colony es el hogar de miles de nadadores de esmoquin en peligro de extinción, el pingüino africano! Aquí caminará por la playa y tomará fotos de cerca de una de nuestras aves no voladoras. Su guía también le proporcionará información sobre los asuntos actuales del pingüino.
Muizenberg Beach también es conocida como "The surfers corner". El cambio de cabañas de colores brillantes en la playa hace una gran sesión de fotos. Siempre que tengamos tiempo y el flujo de tráfico sea razonable, podrá tener su última parada antes de que los motores se dirijan hacia el norte, hacia Ciudad del Cabo, para terminar un gran día de turismo.

We had a wonderful day with the guide Candy and the driver Litha. They took good care of us and showed us many beautiful places. The two main attractions were Cape of good hope and Boulder Beach. The trip was exciting thanks to frequent short stops at nice places. In addition, we also learned a lot of intering facts and history about Cape Town and South Africa in general. This tour is highly recommended.
If you're sitting on this, book it! I'm not usually a tour person, but I'm so glad I did this. Not only was our guide, Peter, great, but the trip to the Cape was also a highlight of my travels. Even with periods of rain/fog, it was worth it (good moody vibes). There were three solo travelers on the tour, and I would recommend it for other solo female travelers. I do not think you could safely do everything on this tour as a single woman without the group element. If you plan to do the Cape lighthouse hike, wear shoes with good tread. Bring a rain jacket and snacks. Enjoy!

Very nice and complete, but you have barely a few minutes to get off at each place. If they included fewer destinations but with more time, it would be much more worth it. Because as soon as you get off, you take a couple of photos and have to get back on.

The tour brings you nicely to the Cape with enough stops along the way. At the Cape you have little hiking choices. My highlights of the day were the Boulders Beach and a 45min hike at the Cape with beautiful sights.
