Saldremos de Lisboa hacia Ponta da Piedade en Lagos, un hermoso rincón del Algarve famoso por sus impresionantes acantilados dorados que se elevan sobre el profundo mar azul. Formadas por las fuerzas del viento y el agua, estas formaciones naturales han creado impresionantes arcos, grutas y cuevas.
La siguiente parada será la ciudad de Lagos, conocida como uno de los principales puntos de partida para viajes de exploración durante la Era de los Descubrimientos portuguesa. Acompañado por un guía local, pasee por sus históricas calles empedradas, visite la Iglesia de San Antonio y el antiguo mercado de esclavos y conozca más sobre su legado marítimo. Después, disfrute de tiempo libre para explorar a su propio ritmo.
Por la tarde, nos dirigiremos a Albufeira, un antiguo pueblo pesquero que se ha convertido en uno de los destinos más populares del Algarve. Su casco antiguo es un laberinto de calles encaladas, llenas de encantadoras tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Después de una visita guiada para explorar sus principales atractivos, habrá una oportunidad de degustar la cocina local (gastos propios). Beauty of Algarve beaches is out of this world and must be seen. Enrique was an excellent tour guide, takes his time to explain the history and enjoys what he's doing ... excellent guide!
This tour was a wonderful way to end my vacation. Pedro was a great tour guide. He provided lots of fun facts, which made the walking tour part of it, really interesting. I think it was impressive that throughout the trip, Pedro communicated in English, Spanish and Portuguese, to accommodate everyone on the tour. He took us to beautiful bluffs and look out points, where the panoramic views were just stunning! The towns of Lagos and Albufeira were great to walk around and take in the seaside villages and culture. I just loved this tour! And despite the long ride, it was totally worth it to get a taste of the Algarve, which I will definitely love to see again in the future.
