Hoy descubrirás los misterios detrás de Luxor, Cisjordania. Explorará la historia y la cultura del antiguo Egipto con su guía experto. Tu primera parada del día será el valle de las Reinas. Es una tumba excavada en la roca que fue excavada para ser las tumbas funerarias de las reinas del nuevo reino y la familia real, que contiene 110 tumbas y cámaras decoradas con coloridas escenas de mitologías, creencias y rituales funerarios del antiguo Egipto. Mohammed the guide and the driver Ahmed were very nice. Mohammed was well educated on the history of the places we visited. The highlight would have been the valley of the queens but unfortunately, the main tomb of Nefertiti is closed for maintenance. Lunch was nice and enjoyable and afterwards they dropped us back to our hotel.

The Ramesseum was such a fascinating site. The towering statue of Ramses II really impressed me. It’s incredible to think of how grand the mortuary temple once was, and the ruins tell such a rich story.
