HORA DE SALIDA : Según la hora de salida que haya seleccionado (8 : 30 am o 10 : 00 am) Embárquese en un cautivador viaje en el tiempo en Toledo, ciudad abrazada por el río Tajo
Después de aproximadamente 1 hora en coche, a su llegada nos reuniremos con nuestro guía turístico.
Al llegar, hacemos un recorrido panorámico en autobús para disfrutar de la magnífica vista de la ciudad desde el otro lado del río Tajo, una parada obligada para tomar la foto más popular de Toledo.
Damasquinados Suárez Workshop ofrece un viaje inolvidable al mundo del arte damasceno, un oficio centenario traído de Damasco y perfeccionado en España. Desde 1927, este taller de gestión familiar es conocido por sus exquisitas joyas y piezas decorativas, cada una de ellas fabricada mediante incrustaciones de oro o plata fina en acero con una habilidad y precisión excepcionales. Los visitantes pueden observar a maestros artesanos trabajando, elaborando piezas únicas que capturan el rico patrimonio y arte de Toledo. Nuestro recorrido a pie comienza en la emblemática Plaza de Zocodover, el corazón de Toledo desde la época árabe. Esta plaza triangular, una vez un bullicioso mercado, muestra siglos de historia a través de sus edificios porticados. A medida que profundizamos en las calles medievales de Toledo, haremos una pausa en el Pozo de El Salvador y atravesaremos el pintoresco Pasaje Balaguer. Admiraremos el majestuoso Ayuntamiento de Toledo y nos dirigiremos a la Plaza del Ayuntamiento, donde convergen los poderes políticos, religiosos y judiciales de la ciudad. El recorrido culmina en la magnífica Catedral Gótica, una obra maestra de la arquitectura gótica Española dominando el horizonte de Toledo.
TIEMPO LIBRE : Después de la porción guiada, tendrás tiempo libre para explorar de forma independiente. Quizás visitar el barrio judío, sumergiéndose en el ambiente de Sefarad a través de sus sinagogas y museos. Esta será también la oportunidad perfecta para visitar el emblemático Puente de San Martín y experimentar la emoción de la tirolina de Toledo (entrada incluida). Después, puedes continuar explorando el resto de la ciudad a tu propio ritmo hasta la hora de salida programada de regreso a Madrid.

This tour was not up to the usual Viator quality! We were constantly being handed over to different guides…..the actual walking tour was VERY SHORT and really did not cover as much history as they usually do. After this brief tour, the guide told us that we had free time——however there was no mention of how to access the area where we had tickets for the Zipline. When asked about when we would be heading there…..we were told it’s on the map and it will tak about 20 minutes to get there. SERIOUSLY! We paid for a guided trip and the Zipline was as part of the package. A real letdown. If there were guides available to trot people thru the El Greco Museum and the Cathedral! We were instructed to meet at the drop off/pickup point at 1615. For an unidentified reason, the bus did not depart until approx 1700. Overall, this was a most disappointing tour and the tour company operating it do not match Viator tour standards!

As indicated in the tour information, the zipline is an activity that guests enjoy independently during the allocated free time. Regarding the return departure time mentioned in your review, we have checked our records and we have no information or reports confirming that the bus departed at the time indicated. Additionally, we have not received any similar comments or complaints from other participants in your group regarding a delay in the return departure. We regret that the tour did not meet your personal expectations; however, we would like to reiterate that the experience was provided as described, including the guided portion, the free time, and the zipline activity. In the full day trip, the walking tour of toledo is hardly an hour, the rest is free tie with no guidance given on where to spend time or visit. I had taken a ricket with zipline but was told it was hardly 10 sec and not worth it. I should actually be given back the amount i paid for the zipline. There are places yo see, but you need to explore yourself, not much od a tour
A quick, fun activity in Toledo. You walk to the bottom of the city and zip line across the river. Then you walk back across the bridge to give them your stuff back. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. We felt safe and had fun. Only problem was how to get back up the hill. So do it at the end of the day when you are ready to leave Toledo!
It was very nice heading out. Very organized. The tour guide was very nice and very passionate. But if you book the zipline, you need to ask them where the “fly” is they don’t know the word zip line. Also, you must note that the zip line is a long walk from where the guy drops you off after the tour. Lastly, getting home was so unorganized. They should’ve had the same people on the same buses rather than just having people lineup randomly and getting on the bus., it was chaotic.
Was a little confusing and disorganized with half and full day options. There didn’t seem to be a dedicated English speaking guide. This seemed an afterthought even though we booked an English speaking tour.
The views, squares, streets and places are the best, the bars are super nice and the food is delicious.
Toledo, a city that deserves the renown it has. I took the tourist bus and got off several times for visits.
It seems terrible to me that the money is not refunded even for illness. They tell me that I can do the activity another day but they don't respond again for that.
