Itinerario
Su primera parada en medio de las colinas será Siena, visitar esta ciudad es como dar un paso atrás en la Toscana medieval. El corazón de Siena es su plaza central conocida como Piazza del Campo, conocida mundialmente por la famosa carrera Palio, una carrera de caballos que se realiza alrededor de la plaza dos veces cada verano.
Admira el Palazzo Pubblico y la majestuosa Torre de Mangia, una torre cuadrada de piedra de 87 m de altura, construida entre 1325 y 1348, con un campanario dedicado a la Virgen María. Captará tu atención mientras paseas por la singular plaza Il Campo,
Continúe con el recorrido hasta la Iglesia de San Domenico, donde tendrá la oportunidad de admirar el Relicario de Santa Caterina de Siena.
Luego se detendrá en una trattoria toscana local en el corazón de la ciudad de Siena, ¡disfrutará de los platos de pasta fresca y los excelentes vinos locales!
Después del almuerzo, diríjase a explorar el "Manhattan medieval": ¡San Gimignano! San Gimignano se eleva en la cima de una colina a 334 m sobre el nivel del mar, claramente visible en la distancia con sus numerosas torres. Hoy quedan 13 Torres de San Gimignano de las 72 torres del siglo XIV, cuando cada familia acomodada construyó una torre para mostrar su poder económico. Suba a una de las torres y admire las vistas panorámicas, con vistas a las colinas toscanas. Luego disfrutará de la famosa Vernaccia, un delicioso vino blanco por el que San Gimignano es conocido.
