The itinerary on Tripadvisor included: Pearl farm, Ho Quoc Temple, Prison History Museum and Sunset Town. Interestingly, our group were brought to 3 other commercial spots as well - Pepper farm, sim garden and fish sauce factory. These were commercial sites where lots of products were sold. No one forced us to buy anything but it seemed a little weird as these were not mentioned on the itinerary. We had lunch at a nice beach named Sao Beach along the east coast of Phu Quoc Island. We were allowed to spend 2 hours there. The lunch was average - we had a hotpot with some seafood, salad, fried morning glory, curry chicken and fish, which were shared among the 8 of us joining the tour. It could have been more appropriate if shared cutlery had been provided, as not every one in the tour was be used to sharing dishes after someone else's choosticks had touched the food on that plate. The beach and sea were beautiful and relaxing, and we spent some enjoyable time there after lunch. Our tour guide was a friendly local young woman called Tiny. She was helpful and gave us some useful information about some of the sites we visited. We did not go to Sunset town in the end. We were not unhappy with the tour but felt the schedules and sites should have been more compliant to the original itinerary listed at the time of booking.

It’s a really good day out where you learn about the history of Vietnam as well as going to one of the most photographed beaches in Vietnam really good day out
Thank you for your support! We hope to welcome you again for more amazing experiences in Vietnam 🌟
No information about pick up on the evening before, I had to message them first. Super rushed and hectic tour. Felt like the guide just wanted to call it a day as soon as possible. We payed 100K per person extra for our hotel pick-up and drop-off. Also, the tour lists Sunset Town as the last stop, so we thought we would be droped off at the hotel after Sunset Town but the truth was, that they either drop you off at Sunset Town and you have to get back to your hotel on your own OR they skip Sunset Town and drive you back to the hotel - that‘s not what was listed. All in all: skip this tour, go to the stops on your own with Grab - way cheaper and more time for shopping and exploring.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the experience did not fully meet your expectations.
Found tour incredibly boring sites not very exciting pearl factory about 10 minutes information on how a pearl comes to be rest wandering around sales people trying to get people to purchase. Peppercorn stop was fine but little underwhelming, probably best was silk factory and information, but again all about selling their products way too long there. Lunch was really good at beach. Our tour guide was really nice but extremely limited English so not much being told at each stop we would just walk around with other English speaking tourists while the Russian speaking guide spent most of the time describing everything to Russian tourists.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. The stops at pearl, pepper, and silk facilities are part of the local culture and production experiences in Phu Quoc, but we understand that they may feel less exciting for some guests. We also appreciate your kind comment about the guide and will review the English explanation quality with our team to improve future tours. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
It was a very informative day. We saw a lot and learned a lot of new information during the day. The guide was very nice and told us a lot of additional information. Lunch was also included in the price, which was excellent. We were very satisfied with our day.
Thank you for your excellent feedback. We are delighted that you had a great experience with us.
Booked the trip via Trip Advisor,Viator,Best Vietnam Trips and operated via Johns tours Picked up at my hotel in quite an old coach which was full when everyone had got on. Wasted the whole morning in various retail outlets selling Pearls,Wine,Bamboo and Silk clothes and blankets. Finished with a few rows of peppers and supermarket selling all kinds of stuff. So a complete waste of a morning The afternoon was better with a visit to a modern Buddhist temple. Then lunch, this was ok and 2 hours at a really nice beach, sadly spoilt,as most of the island is,with rubbish floating in the sea. Next was the Bamboo Prison,a real eye opener. The day was finished off with a walk through loads of modern stalls selling everything under the sun. A very long day The guide,REM,I think that was his name, was entertaining.
Thank you for your excellent feedback. We are delighted that you had a great experience with us.
We enjoyed the trip today! Very good guide who gave us educational information and he made us laugh. Even though unfortunately the prison did not happen, I thought they solved it very well by including other interesting activities, So well done there. On tripadvisor, misleading when it comes to times.I mean times how long you would be at a station. Otherwise, we are very satisfied.
Thank you for your honest and thoughtful feedback. We’re happy you enjoyed the tour and appreciated how our team handled the changes professionally. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Thank you for choosing our company! 😊
Trip was organised very well All activities were on schedule even more than the expected time of returning back but nothing skipped

We had a great tour guide, Tan. I really liked his friendly and kind attitude and his good mood throughout the whole day. I read some reviews before the trip saying that some visitors felt the factory and farm visits were just sales experiences that had to be done. I have to say I didn’t see it that way – I enjoyed the pepper farm, Sim wine winery, silk factory, and even the Pearl farm. I found it interesting to learn a bit more about each of them. Maybe only at the pearl farm it would be nice to get a little more information and less pressure in the shop afterward, but I’m still glad I discovered it. The fish sauce factory was funny mainly because of the crazy smell, which you have to get used to slowly 🤣 We chose the option with lunch, and it was great that we could share different kinds of dishes around the table for eight people (vegetarian options available 👍). My only small disappointment was Sao Beach, as it’s very touristic and there was a lot of garbage around. I didn’t like swimming there, so this part felt a bit long for me personally. I love the possibility to see pagoda Chua Ho Quoc with a nice view and the atmosphere. We had a nice walk in Sunset City and saw the Kissing Bridge from a distance at the end of the trip. I received all the information before the trip from Mike on WhatsApp, so everything was perfect.
Thank you very much for your lovely feedback. We’re pleased you enjoyed the atmosphere and our guide’s service throughout the day.
I really enjoyed this tour. Ren, our guide was knowledgeable, interesting and he had a great sense of humour. All of the places we went to showed the history, economic development in recent years and the future for Phu Quoc. Sun City is as a surprise with its European buildings and street names. By far, my favourite place was the Buddhist Pergoda which emanated serenity and peace. I highly recommend this tour.
We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the tour and found it informative. Thank you for your kind words and recommendation!
