Recoja en el hotel o residencia Amman y conduzca 3 horas hasta la ciudad de rosas rojas de Petra, una de las Nuevas Siete Maravillas del mundo, y desde 1985, Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Hace más de 2.000 años, los árabes nabateos tallaron aquí increíbles monumentos en la piedra arenisca. Los nabateos ganaron riqueza al dominar las rutas comerciales de la antigua Arabia, pero quedaron bajo el dominio romano en el 106 dC. Los visitantes ingresan a Petra a través del Siq, un camino impresionantemente estrecho, flanqueado por acantilados de 80 metros de altura, hasta el Tesoro. Otros monumentos que verá son la calle de las fachadas y las tumbas reales. La guía te dice adiós. Almuerzo en un restaurante local.
conducir hacia el sur a Wadi Rum para un paseo en jeep de 2 horas visitando el Templo Nabatean, Rum Village, Lawrence Spring y Khazali Canyon. Luego traslado por alrededor de 4 horas al Hotel Amman o residencia.

JHT was great to work with. From Aida with the planning to Hisham with the transport and Sami our guide in Petra, everything was a pleasure and buttoned up. We began in Amman and made our way down the King's Highway with stops along the way. Aida was quite receptive to sites my wife and I wanted to stop at along the way, so that made everything easy. If you're headed to Petra, Sami is the guide you need! Do not be hesitant in booking a trip to Jordan. The people could not have been kinder. You'll make memories for life!

This will be a strange review since our tour had to be cancelled. We booked a day trip to Petra through Jordan Horizons Tours as part of a port call while on a cruise. The agent at Jordan Horizons Tours was wonderful in booking the tour and communicating information, very helpful. They stayed in touch with us when events in the Middle East caused our cruise line to cancel our port call just about 10 days prior to arrival. Jordan Horizons Tours provided a full refund within 24 hours of being notified of the cancellation. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Jordan Horizons Tours and hope that one day we will be able to get to Jordan and tour Petra with them.

Ahmad picked us up from Israel / Jordan Allenby Bridge King Hussein border and drove us to Wadi Rum. Ahmad made us feel comfortable and safe immediately and that is what I value when arranging for private tour .
