Pick up and drop off from the port was fantastic. No problem with the ferry across to the island. Unfortunately our day then wasn’t as we had expected our driver/ guide didn’t speak very much English and not at all informative. We didn’t get the itinerary as described as no swimming was allowed in Angels billabong. Due to the bad weather earlier in the year the roads were in a terrible condition and we spent hours in the car driving from place to place. Because of the instagram popularity of the destinations on our trip it was very busy and this made it hard to take pictures. We enjoyed the last stop at crystal bay but again our drive rushed us off the beach and then left us at the port nearly an hour before our boat back and well before others arrived.

Okay, let me explain everything you mentioned in your review. You said on that day the weather was bad, therefore our driver did not recommend you to swim in Angel Bilabong because we were worried about big waves. and now it's high season in Bali so as you said the place you visited is very popular on Instagram so many tourists visit the place, so to take photos you have to be a little patient. and when you were at the last destination crystal buy our driver reminded you that you have to be at the port 1 hour before the crossing so our driver reminded you not to linger on the beach so as not to miss the boat. Thanks to our guide Dian, we made this trip. We were late to start, but he ensured we didn't miss the boat by making calls to the right people and running till the end with us :) After a 45-50 min boat ride, we reached the island Nusa Penida. The island has very good views. Kelingking Beach was the best view. Also one can climb down the cliff and goto the beach. The best beach due to the overall view and trecking experience. We missed swimming at the Broken Beach due to high tides. Roads in Nusa are a bit broken, one needs to be careful driving here. But overall a worthy and must visit island.

Amazing views and great photos taken. Driver from hotel to harbour very friendly and helpful. Our guide Kade on the Nusa Penida island was also very helpful carrying bags taking photos being patient great day out

Dian and his colleague were top notch. Made sure everything went according to plan and exceeded my expectations. Communication was seamless and both transfer to the speed boat and back were well taken care of. They were super patient and took lots of pictures and advised on good pic angles.
