Excursión de un día a Nápoles & Pompeya desde Roma : Ticket Pompeya & City Visit

Tuscany is beautiful and this tour did a wonderful time displaying it. We loved all the stops and our guides expertise on everything. A must do tour!!

Nicolo and Max were amazing as guide and driver respectively. Nicolo provided much information about both Pompeii and Naples as we were on the bus. If you go to Pompeii, bring a filled water bottle. A very enjoyable tour

Poorly organized. The tour of Pompeii started with a 30-minute delay, which they compensated for by speeding up the tour. They sell an incomplete tour: in the end, we had to pay 86 Euros because the tour did not include a guide or headphones. We believe that this should be clearer when they offer the package.

Fantastic day with the family taking in the sights of Pompeii and Naples. Nicolo was a brilliant tour guide for the day - very knowledgeable, interesting and kind. Max the driver did a great job of keeping us all comfy and cool on the coach and getting to each destination on time. It was a long day from Rome but really enjoyable. Highly recommend!

An excellent and well-organized tour that is definitely worth the money for anyone traveling from Rome. Our tour leader, Nicolo and chauffeur, Max were exceptionally friendly, professional and supportive throughout the trip. Nicolo did a fantastic job coordinating the group, personally checking the presence of every participant each time we left the bus, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable tour experience!

Legeah and our Driver were very good at their job. Our directions to the meeting point was easy to find. The day went like this, a long ride to Pompeii with an opertunity to see Italy or take a nap. Pompeii visit was my favorite part, we did pay for the upgrade to a guided tour and it was well worth it, we learned a lot and had plenty of time for pictures and questions, our guide was easy to understand and very knowledgeable. Then a short ride to Naples, with some suggestions on what we could do in our two hours, walk towards the coastal side or the traditional Spanish area, we picked the the view of the water with some fire baked pizza. Then back on the bus ( wich was very comfortable and cool- with lots of windows and curtains if you needed to block out the sun). both ways they gave us an opportunity for Pit stop, clean facilities. All and all I would recommend this for anyone. our guide was very helpful to everyone even helping to find the best way to get back to their hotel after the trip.

great tour, great knowledgeable tour guide, tour guide was a great resource for restaurants. good beach. water was a bit cold but it was ay after all.

Use a different tour guide group. I was racially profiled at Pompei and Naples during the trip by locals, and to make stuff worse the driver was rude as hell and I’ll never use Viator for anything else again. If I could I would get this charge removed from my credit card because this was the bottom of the barrel for experiences based on what I got in the Tuscany region and the Amalfi Coast region. Naples is a toilet full of trash and rude people everywhere. I will never visit these location again when I come back to Italy. Viator needs to do better. The 2 ladies that are the tour guides were good, but everything else was the worst experience I’ve had in Italy. I’m writing this while I’m still on the bus on the way back to Rome. Save your money and go with another company than Viator.

There is too much time spent going in and out of the ruins and hearing about the market place and what they were cooking. The tour should include more time n the museum and explanations of what happened to the people and how they were discovered after the volcano

Niccolo and Christiano were brilliant and looked after everyone! Niccolo's knowledge was incredible and he gave us facts throughout the journey to and from Pompeii/Naples. Really attentive and kind as well. They truly made the experience wonderful
