Excursión de un día a Ámsterdam desde Bruselas

Amsterdam is wonderful The tour is limited to a guided boat tour and 4 hours of free time

- Very interesting boat excursion in the city's canals; - Self-guided tour: not much time. A guided tour would have been more informative; - The group meeting point at the end of the day should be at the same place as the arrival in the tourist area (near the central station). - Very interesting guide (Ariane).

The travel time took more than 1/2 of the entire trip. It was ok for my family since we could see one more place in a short stay in Brussels. All things went smoothly and the tour guy was good.

We had booked a tour to Amsterdam in English but for some reasons we got put on the same bus as the Spanish speaking group. Small English group. She did communicate in both languages but it became more and more long explanation sessions in Spanish and pretty short in English. Even at times, she would inform us in English about something we had gone by or did not even translate to English after the explanation in Spanish. We felt awkward and it dampened our trip. I feel Viator tour should give me half my money back.

Our quick trip to Amsterdam was short but incredibly well organized, thanks to Antonio and Ricardo. Antonio kept everything running smoothly with clear explanations, great timing, and a friendly attitude that made the day feel effortless. Ricardo handled the long bus ride with professionalism and skill — the drive was comfortable, safe, and absolutely worth it once we arrived. Even with limited time, the experience felt complete and enjoyable. Both Antonio and Ricardo delivered excellent service, and I’d happily travel with them again.

The only reason I gave this even 2 stars was for the transportation to get there. Our meeting point leaves you guessing which group to get with as they do not advertise who they are, they just start shouting in different languages. This tour was to be in English, it was broken English, so bad we could not get the full information. The Guide spoke mostly in Spanish, as I can understand Spanish, my husband does not. She gave more information in Spanish then English, So I was translating to my husband, and missing out information because I had to translate. The boat ride was ONLY given in Spanish, we had to plug into the boat to hear things in English, again missing information as this Guide ONLY spoke Spanish. The guide told us a direction to go, which was completely opposite of where everything was. So we had 3 hours to explore but waisted a whole hour getting lost and trying to find our way back to where we got off the boat. Amsterdam was absolutely beautiful, BUT, if you want to see it, take a train and do it on your own. I would NOT recommend this guide. At Least not from them.

It was a wonderful experience to see the place. It was incredible feeling that this was just only a bucket list but it was now fulfilled. My family and I were so happy. Antonio is also a very knowledgeable with the place and he’s a nice guy.

Despite some minor issues with the local guide in Amsterdam, the overall experience was fantastic and well organized. Our guide from Brussels was assertive, understanding and extremely helpful, making every effort to ensure that delays did not affect us. She was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations.

Do not recommend. Poorly planned. Would have been better to just book train tickets and go on your own.

Buses didn’t have bathrooms but they do stop at a gas station half way for a bathroom stop both going to and returning. Fabulous trip!
