Beautiful waterfalls, lots of cultural learning about local history. Huge thanks to our lovely guide Carmen, who looked after us wonderfully throughout the trip, was full of positive energy, fun and shared tons of interesting information that made our trip enjoyable. Also a big shout out to our local Bosnian guide ( whose name I don’t dare to write for the fear of getting it wrong) who imparted information about Mostar & the country’s history with so much passion and intent for peace that it really touched me. I felt compassion for a long time after leaving Mostar. Also thanks to Ivan, our driver who delivered us there and back safely. Memorable experience overall.

This excursion was really well guided. Carmen, our guide, is an energic person with a very good mood, funny and organized. She provided meaningful historic content and very useful practical information. The excursion was very well managed and also the driver was careful.

We had a nice experience in Bosnia guided for Carmen 😀 She was absolutely fantastic: friendly, professional, and incredibly well organized. Leading a group in both English and Spanish is no easy task, but she did it effortlessly and always with a smile and positive energy. She made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I couldn’t recommend her more. Thank you for making our trip to Bosnia so special!

Good trip worth the money. You will spend 4-5hrs travelling, so get and early night before you go. Mostar is an education and you will experience a different culture to Croatia. The waterfalls are crowded and very commercialised. It could be a naturally stunning place but the ice cream vendors and bars take all the beauty away. All the same maybe we can learn something here. TJ our guide / host was great he likes to talk but he is passionate about his country and city of birth.

We were 4 ladies in our 60’s. The trip to Mostar and Kravice was well worth doing. Our host on the bus, Carmen, was lovely, patient, full of interesting knowledge, and considerate. Our Bosnian guide Alma, was also great with a lovely underlying message coming thru her informative talk about Mostar. In hindsight though we would have preferred the option to have had more time in Kravica. The waterfalls are spectacular but require a lot of effort to reach the bottom to enjoy and photograph them with a gruelling walk in plus 40degrees back up the hill. There is a “train” but communication was a bit sketchy and the tight time constraint to be back at the bus was daunting.

This day tour went beyond my expectations. I knew that visiting Mostar would be interesting, and this became an even better experience thank Carmen, who is very caring, knows a lot about the region and was happy to share her knowldege with us. Special thanks to Ivan, who accompanied the trip driving us safely. The waterfalls were the perfect complement in a day full of awesome impressions.

Firstly our driver, Ivan and guide, Karmen were fantastic! Great driving and very informative narration! Great job guys! If I had known what the day entailed I probably wouldn’t have gone. The itinerary was disappointing for me and the bus was extremely uncomfortable. Bus - sitting behind the middle exit door I could not move my legs and they started cramping. Very painful. On return trip I asked to sit at a different seat and had a much better ride. Itinerary - Not enough time at the waterfall. It was an extremely hot day but only enough time to get to the falls, walk into water and straight back out. Ridiculous! Personally I would have preferred no walking tour in Mostar and have those 40mins to enjoy the waterfalls.

Great day trip to Mostar and Kravice! Very skilled and nice guide. Knowledgeable and friendly! However, the driver was in his worst mood. He complained about the guide all the time. Honking at her when she walked in front of the bus etc. He drove her to tears at one point and we who sat at the front of the bus saw and heard everything. I hope she never has to go with him again! Otherwise a wonderful day.
