Las aguas termales de Kikuletwa, también conocidas como aguas termales de Rundugai o aguas termales de Chemka, son un paraíso inesperado escondido en el matorral del desierto a las afueras de la ciudad de Boma. Se encuentran a unos 71 km de Arusha. paisaje polvoriento. De hecho, el agua no está caliente, ¡es una temperatura agradable! Este es un buen lugar para visitar para hacer un picnic y nadar. Y las vistas del Kilimanjaro en un día claro también son fabulosas. Desafortunadamente, el agua está llena de fluoruro, lo que significa que la gente local no puede usarla para beber. Las aguas cristalinas y turquesas rodeadas de palmeras y raíces sinuosas ofrecen un lugar pintoresco para un relajante baño en la tarde. Será recogido en su hotel en Arusha / Moshi, bucee en una pequeña ciudad llamada Boma ng'ombe, tome el camino del polvo y conduzca durante unos 30 minutos a través de las aldeas locales una vez que se acerque a las aguas termales, también verá algunas granjas de cebollas. llegue a la fuente termal de Kikuletwa, ponga su ropa de natación puesta y comience a disfrutar la mayor parte del tiempo que dedica a nadar y descanse en el colchón duerma la siesta y luego vuelva a nadar hasta que su cuerpo diga que sí, es suficiente que luego suba al vehículo Hotel donde finaliza el recorrido.

Overall quite disappointing visit and impression of having paid too much for the services offered. It is not necessary to stay a whole day there, half a day is more than enough, especially since apart from the swimming itself, there is no place nearby where you can stop and rest. If I had to do it again, I would look for a service which, for the same price, offers for example hot-springs + Materuni waterfalls. Certainly the hot spring itself is a quite magical place with its crystal clear turquoise blue water. On the other hand, our visit took place on a Sunday, there were a lot of people at the start of the afternoon and the water quickly became cloudy and the buoys (to be paid extra) were on the loose. You should also know that the access road is long and in very poor condition, you have to be patient. The changing “facilities” are very, very rustic to say the least, as are the toilets. The surroundings right next to where we can eat are unfortunately very degraded and the food served to us is borderline acceptable.

Very beautiful place! The water is so blue, it almost looks like not real :) It is a perfect place to relax and swimming. It is not too far from Arusha and I would always recommend to go there. Thanks to Matt from Rupia Adventure for arranging the tour with also delicious picnic!

The Kikultewa Hot Spring is a beautiful place to spend a day. You can swim, float on a tire, swing on a rope and dive there. Water is perfectly warm which lets you cool on a hot day. Highly recommend!
When we done safari, mount meru hike and day trip to Kilimanjaro Mathias from Rupia Adventure offered us hot spring tour for free because we did many tour activities with them, everything were good thanks to our driver Emanuel
After done hike and safari with Rupia Adventure my husband recommend to do other activity with Rupia Adventure and choose to visit hot spiring because our budget was tight to travel to Zanzibar, we can't enough to appreciate RA for greatest tours for our honeymoon, safari was good, hike was good and hot spring was y, everything was good, when we will plan to do tours in Tanzania we will choose Rupia Adventure it's more than professional, guides, Transports and office staffs were so friends and honest for customers, thank you RA and thank you for our friends to connect us with this best company in Tanzania.
