Our guide was a delight and so interesting to talk to you. Very accommodating and had helpful tips and information for the area.
Traveled to Banff and Lake Louise in Aug 2023 with my wife and kids (14 & 8). Our driver, Amtul, was very friendly and helped us customize our itinerary for the day. The drive to Banff was beautiful and Amtul stopped along the way so we could take some family photos. We visited Bow Falls, the Gondola up to Sulphur Mountain (which alone, was worth the trip), Lake Louise (which even in the rain was gorgeous). We also had ample time to walk around the Town and explore the shops. We kept in contact with Amtul throughout the day via text, to communicate our meet points. At the end of the day, Amtul asked if the kids were hungry and she stopped at a McDonald's in Canmore so we could grab a bite before heading back to our hotel in Calgary. Funny enough, the McDonald's was actually a cool scene with the mountains in the background. Overall, my family had an amazing day. Something they won't soon forget.
You should tell every detail to the company before your trip!!!! We book it because it says Lake Louise and Lake moraine is included. But in the end we need to book a shuttle bus to get there (extra cost). Think about it if u want a quality private tour🤣
Our driver, Searle, was wonderful. He arrived at our hotel early. We only had 2 places where we wanted to go and he filled in all the rest with his experiences. We stopped to grab a quick breakfast and he assisted us with recommending amount of time at each stop to fit in everything for the day. He was knowledgeable of the area and was quick to point out things throughout the day. We would highly recommend this trip and especially our driver!
Thank you for your kind words. Our team is proud to be experts on the best areas in Banff, Lake Louise, and its surroundings. Searle had a fantastic time with your group, and we are confident that we can provide exceptional transportation services for any of your future needs.

Utterly Fantastic! WOW - Is An Understatement! The tour was so amazing. From a great and new vehicles and very comfortable! To the very knowledgeable tour guide. To the wide variety of hidden places to see. Never mind, the prime points! We had a great day....in all aspects! This tour is a must! No One Will Be Disappointed!
Thank you very much for your kind words.
This being the shoulder time between Summer and Ski season (1st week of November), the choice for a tour to Banff & Lake Louise from Calgary was looking pretty slim. After much hunting and discovering most tours ended from the city in October I discovered this private day tour offered through Viator. Sure it was a bit pricey at $400+ for just the two of us but after completing it I was thoroughly happy with the service of Rahul and his company, Driverseat Calgary. Keep in mind this was a totally private tour and you can tell Rahul exactly what you want to see and he will do his best to make it happen. Communication was very easy with Rahul and his staff and I gave him the must sees: Lake Louise, Banff Springs (& the Fairmont Hotels at each), Moraine Lake and a Gondola ride somewhere in the Banff National Park. Rahul delivered on all except we could not do Moraine Lake due to the two access roads being ice and snow covered. His quick thinking had us doing a fantastic hike along the Bow River to the Falls lookout point. We also got breathtaking shots of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel at this stop. I should note Rahul is a great photographer and is very knowledgeable on the whole area. We were picked up right on time at our downtown Calgary hotel at 7am and spent the next 11+ hours on the tour. Since we made up the itinerary and Rahul said it was doable there was no time stress at all. On the drive into the mountains before dawn we had a breakfast stop at Tim Hortons. We were allotted almost an hour on our own in Banff to grab an Indian meal for lunch. The minivan was very clean and comfortable with Rahul offering us bottled water and phone charging. My partner and I agreed the highlight was the last stop: the gondola ride up Sulphur Mountain to the observatory. This is a must do in Banff. You go up almost 3,000 feet to the over 7,000 foot summit. It is truly breathtaking and Rahul told us to take as much time as we wanted. I think we were there almost 2 hours...yes it’s that spectacular! I can’t recommend Driverseat Calgary enough....especially when you look at the distance driven and the multiple stops we made-I feel it was absolutely worth every penny. I can’t wait to return in warmer weather! Thanks so much Rahul.
Thank you for the kind words and we look forward to seeing you back here in the summer time!
