Pase un día en la isla Catalina frente a la costa de Los Ángeles. Recojo de su hotel. Trasládese a la terminal de Catalina Express y regístrese. Disfrutará de un viaje tranquilo de 1 hora en ferry a la isla, donde tendrá tiempo libre para explorar la isla. También disfrutarás de una aventura submarina de 45 minutos. ¡Descubre la abundante vida marina de Catalina! Este tour no tiene guía privado cuando estás en la isla. Eres libre de explorar. El único recorrido programado será el Undersea Adventure. El tiempo del recorrido se proporcionará con las confirmaciones finales del Operador.

Disfrute de las vistas de la extensa costa del sur de California en su suave viaje de 1 hora a la isla. Ubicada a 22 millas (35 km) de la costa, la Isla Catalina (formalmente Isla Santa Catalina) es un mundo alejado del ajetreo y el bullicio del continente, un destino perfecto lleno de playas encantadoras, palmeras y colinas onduladas. Cuando llegues a Avalon, la ciudad más grande de la isla, caminarás hasta el muelle para vivir una aventura submarina.
Vaya por debajo de la superficie del Océano Pacífico en esta excursión submarina de 45 minutos y enfrente a la abundante vida marina de Catalina mientras navega cinco pies por debajo de la superficie en una cabina espaciosa y climatizada. También hay una guía en vivo que destacará los puntos de interés en el camino. Cada uno tiene su propio asiento y orificio de puerto, pero también es libre de moverse por la cabina tanto como desee para diferentes puntos de vista. Después de su recorrido, tendrá tiempo libre para explorar la hermosa Isla Catalina y disfrutar de un almuerzo en el paseo marítimo. The starting out instructions were wonderful for the entire day. But unfortunately the driver they had come pick us up came way too early and we sat around for over an hour waiting for the boat. Once we made it to the island we never received our inbound tickets to go home later that afternoon so I had to go back up to the ticket booth and request a set from them. More time wasted that could have been spent roaming the island which is beautiful.
We felt the package was very confusing and a little misleading. While looking at what to expect on the tour, we thought we were getting a guided tour of Avalon along with the underwater adventure. We found out when we got there that was not included. Also, the instructions were not real clear. Ourselves and another family on the tour had no clue what to do when we got to Catalina and there was no one around from the company to help us. The shuttle to Long Beach was great and the driver was on time. The pickup shuttle from Long Beach back to hotel was a little confusing too. We got a text of instructions for the pickup after we were already on the shuttle. And the driver did not want to take back the other family with us. Catalina and Avalon is beautiful but overall the tour was disappointing and not what we expected.
The excursion was good. I love to introduce new adventures to my family so this worked well for a homeschooling mom. I do think that thety gave a false sense of being COVID-19 compliant. There was nothing keeping people 6 ft apart and there was no mention to encourage it on the ferry rides and the undersea excursion. I do feel that they are more focused on making money than the safety of the public. During the undersea excursion, one person didn't have her mask on the entire ride until we returned. One of the staff clearly saw it because she spoke to him closely at least 3 times.
