A las 7 am, nuestro conductor lo recogerá en su hotel en la ciudad de Da Nang. Comenzamos el recorrido por la ciudad de Hue desde Da Nang. En el camino a Hue, nuestro conductor se detendrá en el paso Hai Van (Pase Océano y Nubes). El pase Hai Van es famoso como el pase más hermoso, el Topgear en Vietnam. En la parte superior del pase, verá que hay una puerta de ladrillo. Fue la puerta fronteriza entre 2 países. Dai Nam en el norte del paso y Champa Kingdom en el sur.

Weather was hot, bring water. You should have an interest for old historie grounds or it may become boring.

I cannot recommend this trip enough. I ended up being by myself as my husband was ill and the team, Ms Van and the driver looked after me really well and ensured I had a brilliant day. It was very informative around the historic areas and lots of time for photos. Lunch was very authentic in a lovely local restaurant. The boat tour on the perfume river was enjoyable, as was learning about the pagoda. The Hai Van Pass is also very scenic.
Deducted a star for the tourist trap stop along Hai Van Pass with the pearl jewelry shops. I speak Vietnamese and told them I wasn’t going to buy anything (not my style of jewelry), plus my husband and mother in law already bought 3 items at that very store—yet they still kept bugging me the whole time to “just buy one thing.” I got super annoyed and had to leave the shop and asked our driver to leave asap. We also had a stop at an incense shop, which was not pushy at all and very sweet for showing us how they make the incense sticks. Other than that, the Hue tour with Lily was absolutely fabulous!! Lily was a wealth of information at each stop and also during the drive to each site pointing things out. I found the details (both the good and the bad) about the emperor and his sons fascinating. Lily also spoke very clear English and was so sweet, sharing snippets about her family and sharing photos of our dogs. She is the epitome of a true tour-guide, I learned so much that day! Highly recommend this tour, just don’t go into the jewelry shops along Hai Van Pass.
Our driver was great! Safe and took care driving. Our guide was also excellent. She was knowledgeable, had great English skills and answered all our questions. She let us go at our pace which happens to be quicker than the average. I would have no hesitation to recommend this day trip.
Good experience. Beautiful place to visit. We have to cut short our visit because of our appointment in Danang. Our guide Tony see to it that we visit the best point of interest in the area. Our drive from Danang to Hue was great too because our driver gave us good information of the places we pass along the way.
Loved this tour! Debated doing it as it’s a ways from where we are staying in Da Nang, but so glad we did. The drive there is gorgeous and included a couple of great stops. “Ha” was our tour guide and she was amazing. Her English is great and she understood and answered all of our questions. There’s so much history and interesting facts to learn and she made it fun. Lunch was delicious and Ha explained how to eat some of the food that was new to us.
This was a very enjoyable and comprehensive day trip. The car was very comfortable and air-conditioned. Our driver Mr. Phuoc was very accommodating, and I would highly recommend him.
I booked this private tour from Danang and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to book a day trip to Hue. The pick up and drop off from the hotel was very confident. Our driver Mr. Hao was very friendly, accommodating and a great driver. The drive from Danang to Hue was over two hours but he explained many things during the drive and ensure we were comfortable. Our tour guide we met at Hue, whose name was Fi, was also great and she was very knowledgeable about the rich history of Hue. I learned so much about the history of Hue and the last dynasty of Vietnam. Since this was a private tour, we could really enjoy the tour at our own pace and having the designated driver was also very convenient. If you want to explore Hue while staying Danang, I would definitely recommend this tour!
The day was perfectly calibrated. Departure from the hotel with Mr Hai who drove masterfully all the way with smile and kindness. The stops were well thought out, the visits perfectly commented by Mrs Nhi smiling and fine connoisseur of her subject. The scenery, the sights, the timing, everything was perfect! And, lunch included in the day at a small local restaurant was again a treat! In short, we recommend! Thank you again for a wonderful day in Hue!
