Victoria is a passionate and highly experienced guide. She shares her immense knowledge of the city and historical sights gracefully. Above all, she is diligent in planning the trip beforehand and asks the right questions about what one finds most interesting about the city. I personally asked her to show me the Soviet Union monuments and landmarks. I highly recommend her to anyone who desires to know a little more than just a few words about art and history of the city. Also, she offered to help me navigate the city in the own time and was quite helpful during my whole stay! Thanks Victoria!
Besides Victoria being so sweet and polite, she is very intelligent and willing to explain guide. She knew so much about every spot she showed and made everything 100% more interesting. It’s amazing to have a person who lived through the soviet era and that can explain us both her personal view and the historical one. Kyiv wouldn’t have been so awesome without her. I fell in love with the history of Ukraine, its people, culture and sights, and nothing of this could be possible if it wasn’t for Victoria. I totally recommend Victoria because she really is the BEST guide in Kyiv.
We went with Victoria by metro to the flea market and book market. Without her we would never have found this! What a special experience and what much is for sale! The highlight was the arrival of a train that crossed the market. Then we had coffee with a local cake in hardware store. For lunch she knew a restaurant where the best Borshch is served (and that's right) In the afternoon she showed us the old center with the beautiful churches and the artists. Finally, we had a drink in a very nice hotel. All in all a very educational and special day in beautiful Kiev!
Thank you very much for the review! It was a happy day and an amazing tour!

Thanks a million, Vic! You are amazing!
I took the six-hour walking tour with Victoria. She is a very knowledgable, interesting, and engaging guide. You can tell it’s important for her to give you an understanding of the main sites of the city, which she clearly loves to share with visitors. Highly recommended.
Thank you kindly! Loved our talks and your sincere curiosity about my homeland!
We took the second tour with Victoria and had a great time. We learned so much and not only it was informative but also pretty entertaining. She made sure we saw all the necessary spots including the hidden murals which was a nice surprise. Highly recommended to attend. Thank you so much for the tour. We will definitely come back and take another one next time(:
Warmest thanks! So glad you enjoyed our tours!
Victoria is a very nice person and a very good guide, She speaks very good and clear English. She understands very well that visitors are not specially interested in all kind of detailed information about buildings, if you try to understand something of contemporary Ukraïne. She took us on a walking tour through Kiev which was varied and creative: a bit of old history, a bit of new history a bit of daily life, a bit of art. Some weeks before we came to Kiev we contacted her and she was always very punctual and fast in replying. For our tour further in UkraÏne she helped us very good when we could not manage on our own. One day after Kiev tour she also went with us, as a translater to Mezhyhirya, one of the palaces of president Janoekovitsj. We had a wonderful time there thanks to Victoria (we would not have been able to enter the palace or to understand the guide without her). So if you come to Kiev our advice is: choose Victoria as your guide!
Dear Hannie and Theo, thank you very much for choosing me as a guide to your amazing group! It was such a pleasure meeting you!
Victoria was knowledgeable, friendly, very fluent in English, and packed a tremendous amount of information, sites, and of course walking into the six hour tour. She expertly answered our questions about Ukrainian monuments/history/etc and had expert-level knowledge of Kyiv’s most historic churches, monuments, and other sites. She also plotted out a restaurant to visit along the way that matched exactly the type of place we hoped to visit for food. I can’t recommend her services strongly enough if you want to see many of the major sights in Kyiv in a six hour tour.
Thank you very much for these kind words and for choosing me as your guide in Kyiv!
Victoria was our guide for 2 days. She was incredible. First off, we were scheduled to come 2020 but the virus ended our plans. We emailed often on the situation & after many emails we finally were able to take the tour. July 2021, we landed in Kyiv. All along the way, Victoria we realized that Victoria was not just a guide but a friend in the end. She is enthusiastic, professional & very proud to show her city to tourists. Whether we went to lunch to rest from the heat or rain, we felt like she not just a guide but a friend showing us around. She knows the details specifically of what you will see & not only picture stops, although many. She will answer your questions so there will be no doubt upon completion of your tour. When deciding to book a tour, ask yourself why everyone gives her such outstanding reviews. The answer is, she delivers & makes your visit worthwhile & enjoyable. Thank you Victoria for your wonderful tour & the friendship we made. Frank & Alina, Los Angeles CA USA
Dear Frank and Alina, thank you very much for your kind words and for choosing me as your guide in Kyiv! It is an incredible story with your wish and efforts to ultimately come and visit Ukraine. Happy to have you as friends!
This was my first trip to Kiev (traveling solo) and what a great walking tour! Victoria was not only very knowledgeable on the history of Ukraine, but a warm and friendly person. We saw many of the major sites and I also really enjoyed some of the every day life parts like taking the metro and stopping for a fresh orange juice on a hot summer day. Highly recommend this tour!
Thank you for the wonderful day on our tour, Kelly!
