Itinerario

The agency we rely on for all foreign bookings made reservations for us. We departed from Domodossola on the 7:58 train. We were comfortable even in second class. We arrived in Bern, then we went up to Spiez, from there we took the boat on Lake Thun, which was included in the price. We wandered a bit around Thun and finally took the train back to Domodossola. You can get on and off the train as many times as you want.
After doing the Bernina Red Train last year and reading reviews on other sites, I came across a trip of hope ..... if you take a reasoned at 8.00 in the morning where you live, you save a lot 'as you spend in the dark most of the journey in overloaded wagons .... bad experience
Started with the green train of the Alps from Domodossola. The first hour all tunnels (other than breathtaking views...), in one of the stations passengers were invited to transfer to the cars behind because the bragging cars proceeded to another destination so, they continued the journey standing. I stress that the ticket costs 77 euros including a boat ride. On the lake there was no boat so after taking the walk along the lake you took the train towards Domodossola. Disappointing experience!
Yesterday, October 11th, I attended the trip to Pomaria and as always I am satisfied with your organization. Good drivers, Stefania Mancini always good, very professional. I am not happy about the farmer who welcomed us for the apple harvest. He made us walk only two lanes (full of mud) breathing down his neck, to pick apples that were small enough, the best ones were too high. He said 10 apples were kilos. 2.5 but, arrived at the scales were only kg. 1.5 and then added the apples in the box. I agreed to add the reds but, alas, they were very small and, when I ate one today it was tasteless and also marked in various places. It's clear that he's been clever and nobody has liked this, everyone has complained. I'm not going on this trip anymore, I'm going to do the others, but it seemed right to realize that. Thanks for the rest and see you soon Luciana Valley
Clean and punctual train, takes you to discover lovely places, inside the toilets are clean comfortable with all the essentials even a baby changing table, the hygienic cleaner for every use of the toilet is a treat, the extra advice
Great Day trip to Interlaken. Spaced out stops made it an enjoyable journey. Would do again. Tour Guides were great.
Unfortunately, Zani Viaggi does not have escorts, in the sense that they are people who on Saturday or Sunday to round off do the escorts on out-of-town trips. Not only are they unprepared across the board, but immediately after lunch they become rude and hasty to return to Bergamo and Milan, and it matters little if so many things planned and paid for in the out door we have not seen. In my opinion, those who work in the office and organize the trip do so with a little bit of criteria, but then the Sunday escorts zero in on any effort with their lack of professionalism. By the way, even to be a chaperone you would need a license...
Unreserved seating, so crowds of people like "Fantozzi's bus" When he goes to work. There were about 150 seats missing, just to give you an idea. Absolutely not to be repeated and even less with a child as I did. Panoramic train....probably yes, but I only saw faces of people who could not wait to get off. Never again
The guide’s English was not audible and the initial trip plan was cancelled and it was too late to book a different trip.
We had a beautiful day in Switzerland during this tour! We highly recommend it. Our guide Lorenzo was great!
