Bruges is touristy but beautiful, a well preserved medieval town with an interesting history. It’s well worth visiting. The bus is very uncomfortable: economy-class airline seats seem spacious by comparison. Our tour was mixed Spanish and English, and our guide’s English fluency was sub-optimal.
Photo opportunity around every corner, canel cries worth the 25 Euro. We had a great guide Gabriel and driver
I have mixed emotions about this tour. Bruge itself was beautiful. The castles, history of Bruge; amazing. My reason for a low rating was the bus driver and tour guide. To start: the tour guide forgot to introduce herself. Then she separated myself and my mother into 2 groups during the walking part of tour. (Which I corrected) The guide we ended up with was nice but not very knowledgeable. She struggled with answering questions and skipped a lot of places around Bruge that I had previously seen on other tours. The tour was very unorganized and a lot of people felt unsure of what was happening throughout the tour. The bus driver was not friendly at all. And lastly; the guide and driver left a passenger at one of the rest stops. Very disappointed with this tour. I wish I remembered the guide’s name. 😒

Bruges is beautiful ! Now the tour ….. long drive on bus from Amsterdam.. Tour guide was just the facts kinda info. About an hour walking tour them 3 hours on your own. No maps, little direction back to bus, and we were left ……… after spending an hour and 15 minutes asking direction and never getting there. Nice taxi driver took us to the city bus system for a 5 hour ride back. I would suggest a better guide, maps, better directions, a help number( we tried 3 we could find, without any help!!!!!!!) and a netting place inside the city, or a longer tour. Not very happy with our experience.

First and foremost Brughes was absolutely beautiful and stunning and you should definitely not think twice about going!!! The tour for this was not really a good experience really rushed through no direction on waiting for people to begin talking many people got away from group because so fast. But free time was great . Again meeting pont could have been more clear. Dont let iit discourage a visit this just should be called transport to Brughes not tour ,
Bruges is a beautiful town. Just know this tour is a fast pace walking tour. Plenty of time to shop and get food.
This is a long day travelling on a bus 7 hours.in total for the day. The city of Bruges is very beautiful but crowded

Our driver and tour guide were great. Bruges is definitely a weekend stay. One day is not long enough to see the stunning city.
Thank you for your kind review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the service from our driver and guide.
