This is a great tour. Bethlehem and Jericho were absolutely amazing to visit. If you go to Jericho and decide to go to the monastery you better be in good shape. There’s a lot of very steep steps to climb to reach it. The people in both towns were wonderful. I did not feel unsafe at all so don’t pay attention to the news. The Israeli and Palestinian tour guides were very knowledgeable and very nice. I’d take this tour again.
Thanka very much for this kind review and calming too! as You visited these areas ,and felt entirely safe . We apprcaite your mention that the guides were professional and provided enlightening commentary at these locations. Glad to know you came away with a memorable tour experience,
I really enjoyed the tour and was very interesting to see all of the sights. Avishay our driver and guide was very good and made the tour even more memorable! Would definitely recommend.
t’s great to hear how much you enjoyed the day. We’re glad the visit to Bethlehem, Jericho, and Qasr El Yahud was so meaningful, and that Avishay’s guiding and driving helped make the experience even more memorable. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again.
Nice trip to Bethlehem to view the Nativity church, then on to the Jordan River to see the site where Jesus was baptized. Lastly, we visited Jericho. Ariel did a great job driving and was very flexible when we wanted to stop and see something. His explanations were very good. The only negative was our guide in Bethlehem.
Thanks for sharing your satisfaction of the touring services you received. Ariel deserves your feedback for his professional efforts
Of all the wonderful guides we met during our time in Israel, Avishay Levy stood out as truly exceptional. We were lucky enough to have Avishay for two tours — first to Nazareth and the Galilee, and then to Bethlehem and Jericho. On both occasions, he brought a calm, steady presence and a wealth of knowledge that elevated the experience far beyond a standard guided tour. What makes Avishay special is that he genuinely cares. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, safe, and fully immersed in the places we were visiting. He took time to help us capture photos and videos, answered every question with patience and insight, and always made us feel like we were in the best of hands. One moment that really stayed with us was on the Bethlehem and Jericho tour. Avishay didn’t need to come with us into Jericho — in fact, he told us it was the first time he had entered in over two years. But he chose to accompany us anyway. He said he felt compelled to be there, to personally ensure we felt safe and supported as we crossed into the Palestinian Territories. That gesture said everything about the kind of guide — and person — he is. His quiet leadership and sense of responsibility meant the world to us, and we were deeply touched by the care he showed. Avishay strikes the perfect balance between calm professionalism and passionate storytelling. He’s knowledgeable without being overwhelming, always approachable, and has a quiet charisma that draws you in. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a deeper, richer understanding of the region. I would highly recommend Bein Harim tours - the best way to discover Israel and the surrounding territories.
Logistics was well organized, but as with most things, it's people that make the difference, and we certainly were in the good hands of a very professional trio. Big thanks to Itamar for the explanations in both English and Spanish and for pulling double duty as guide/driver; Miriam for managing our time expertly in Bethlehem, getting us through some horrendous queues at the Church of the Nativity while delivering explanations in English, Spanish and French; and last but not least, Ahmed's safe driving and keeping us all comfortable on his clean, comfortable bus. Our group had evening flights to catch, so the great time management was very much appreciated.
Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that you had a well-organized and enjoyable experience with our team. We appreciate your recognition of Itamar, Miriam, and Ahmed for their professionalism and exceptional service.

In reality we left Tel Aviv, this option is not included. Everything went well, they respected the schedules. The guide Itamar and the driver did a good job. The lunch restaurant was very bad. The place was very hot. We prefer not to eat.
We're glad to hear that overall, everything went well and that Itamar and the driver provided a good service. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced at the lunch restaurant and the hot conditions. Your feedback is valuable, and we will take it into consideration as we work to improve our tour offerings.
I was told to read up history and the Bible before visiting Israel. Unfortunately I didn't do that but on this tour the excellent guide Itamar more than made up. He kept us absolutely engaged through the tour and made sure we understood the significance of every place we visited. He made history come alive with his engaging and often humorous narrative. Also loved Miriam who was the local guide in Bethlehem...her efficiency in queue management and ensuring no second is wasted is just unparalleled! Thanks to Itamar, the lovely driver Ahmad and Bein Harim our rather complicated return journey was very well managed with multiple transfers and drop offs, that too on Sabbath. Very grateful and thankful for a fantastic trip!
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear that you had a fantastic tour with Itamar, who brought history to life and made your experience engaging and humorous. We're also pleased that Miriam's expertise enhanced your visit to Bethlehem. Your kind words about our team are greatly appreciated.
My husband and I did a 7 day tour with this company and Dan was by far our favorite guide! He is so knowledgeable, thorough, funny and was always open to answering questions. You can tell he loves what he does and wants the best experience for his group! I would highly recommend booking this tour with Dan. Not only were the sights once in a lifetime places to see, but he truly made the day unforgettable!
