Cathy was absolutely wonderful. When the tour management changed my tour at the last minute, I was really disappointed. Cathy immediately noticed and took the initiative to make things right. I had been looking forward to seeing a palace, which was no longer included in the revised tour, and she went out of her way to accommodate my wish. She even stayed overtime to ensure I could visit the palace. The palace tour was great but the Insadong part was short, and the market tour was just 20 mins. I think the tour could have done more in the time available (4 hours). The tour ended in less than 3 hours.

This tour mainly goes to markets, I thought we would be taken to more historical places. We went to 1 palace. Our guide was very friendly and helpful. Just the tour content wasn't right for us.
