Excellent tour. We got to see the main sights in the amount of time we had. More convenient than renting a car and trying to find parking. Our guide Isa was excellent.
We had a great day with our tour guide, Vassili. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the places we visited and shared interesting insights throughout the tour. He made the entire experience both engaging and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
This trip covers several areas. Vassili, our guide, really knew the area and the history of Monaco and how it was established. We watched the changing of the guard at the palace and the cathedral. The old town of EZE has a lot of stairs so wear good walking shoes.
Was a lovely trip and breathtaking views of the Côte d’Azur. Villefranche-sur-Mer, Eze, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Monaco and Monte Carlo. You can see the changing of the guards in Monaco, walk into the Casino but not into the actual games room.
Tour guide was very informative. I shared my trip with 5 groups of people who didn’t speak English except for one person. Therefore the whole trip this man talked nonstop translating to his family members. Very very annoying. The tour group should at least provide water as it was extremely hot that day. Overall trip was good.

first of all you only see Monaco or 15 minutes. So if you want more than that, don't do this tour. Our excursion started out wrong with the guide showing up 50 minutes late. One other couple on our tour had the same issue. Agency stated they sent us a message, but neither of the two couples did not receive it. The manager of the agency (star Tours) proceeded to harass me for the entire tour with non-stop text. The guide does not walk with you through the cities, they only drop you off so this is basically a driver. they don't understand what customer service is and I felt it was either an inexperienced manager or a young person as the manner in which they delt with us was horrible. Viator should vet their vendors more thouroughly.

It appears you either did not read or misunderstood the pickup instructions, which state that pickups take place between 1:45 PM and 2:30 PM this is clearly writed on your voucher and tour information. We sent you a message at 12:38 PM specifying the pickup time, which fell squarely within the indicated window. You replied at 1:01 PM. The driver arrived exactly at the time we had specified—meaning there was no delay. You seem to be claiming there was a delay because you believed the departure was scheduled for 2:00 PM sharp; however, your voucher—which I had sent to you as a PDF—clearly states that pickups occur between 1:45 PM and 2:30 PM. Naturally, any reasonable person would understand that our guides cannot pick up every passengers in the city at the exact same moment—2:00 PM sharp. That is why we provide a time window at the time of booking, followed by a specific time on the morning of the activity. We handled this perfectly for the 31 passengers that day—including you—without ever receiving a single complaint on this matter in our 19 years of operation. Despite your initial misunderstanding, I took the time to explain and demonstrate the facts with supporting evidence (the pickup notification message, your confirmation acknowledging the guide's scheduled arrival time, GPS logs, etc.). Yet, you refused to listen, choosing instead to insult us, disrespect our team, and reject the screenshots of your own conversation ! Given your anger and dissatisfaction, the colleague you spoke with offered you a cancellation with a full refund—an offer you refused, choosing instead to insult them over the phone, even though we had shown you respect. Such behavior is inappropriate toward employees who work hard to provide quality service. You were deeply disappointed not to be able to participate in the experience for free by getting a refund even though we had made no error on our part... You claim to have spent only 15 minutes in Monaco; this is entirely impossible. We double-checked this against the vehicles' GPS data to be certain: you spent nearly an hour in Monaco-Ville, then about 25 minutes at the Casino Square in Monte Carlo, followed by a drive along the Formula 1 circuit within Monaco. Surely you realize that if our passengers only spent 15 minutes in Monaco (the highlight of the itinerary), we wouldn't have such excellent ratings... Clearly, your review reflects the tone of our conversation; it is extremely disappointing and unfair to receive this kind of feedback from customers whom we treat with the utmost respect and professionalism.
