Por la mañana, será recogido en su hotel en Luxor Usted será trasladado por un aire acondicionado (coche / autobús) con un pequeño grupo de personas al templo de Dendera, el camino al templo toma aproximadamente 1h.15min por cada vuelta y regreso. El templo de Dendera, construido por Ptolomeo IX SoterII, se encuentra en medio de una enorme área delimitada por un muro de ladrillos secados al aire, casi en su totalidad en ruinas, cuyos lados miden entre 925 y 990 pies de largo; en los lados norte y este hay dos magníficos portales construidos durante el período de dominio romano. Marwa fatafeat elsoket was my tour guide for Dendara and she did an excellent job explaining the temple to me and all its fascinating inscriptions and stories with some free time allowed for me to take extra pictures. A very nice half day getaway from Luxor and Dendara is absolutely beautiful.
Dandera Temple for someone interested in ancient Egypt is a must. But doing it solo is not a good idea. Our guide Ablaa described everything for us perfectly. She answered all our questions (and we asked a lot), she has amazing knowledge, and was really friendly! She described all of the gods, told us their history, and tought us how to distiguish them. We had different guides across multiple trips, but she is our number 1.
Great experience visiting Dendera - everything was smooth and well organised. Our guide Momo was a fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful throughout. This tour was hands down the best tour I have ever been on.
