Driver never showed up. I had to reach out to the tour operator after I was supposed to be picked up and they claimed they tried to contact me the night before which is untrue as I received no messages or emails on any platform which has never been an issue for me in the past but they replied to my message reaching out on viator so clearly that method of communication works on their end. Completely unprofessional and did not care about not showing up for my booking. Book elsewhere
I can say that this is very enjoyable half-day trip (quite efficient for busy travellers). I enjoyed detailed explanation while driving.

This tour exceeded my expectations. Elda was an exceptional guide who explained everything in great details and the whole tour was well-organized and very structured. Fully enjoyed seeing the cute African penguins at Boulders Beach and walking around breathing views at Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point. Highly recommend taking this tour!
Recommended for those who want to explore Cape Town's sights in a short time. Both the Cape of Good Hope and Cape penguins were well observed, although it took about an hour. Cape penguins were so cute. We were able to come back to the hotel around 14:00. It is mandatory to bring a credit card as various entrance fees will be collected on board the train separately from the tour price.
A great trip, taking in some excellent locations and fabulous views. The places we stopped at were wonderful and we particularly loved seeing the penguins at Boulders Beach.
