This tour was amazing! It was actually an extension of the full-day Taj Mahal trip from Bangalore. We ended up with an extra day, and we wanted to see Jaipur as well. So I requested they add that in and they did. Our tour organizer arranged for us to fly into Jaipur where we spent a day touring the 18th century observatory, and then we had a marvelous tour of Amber Fort. Our guide, MP, was so knowledgeable and knew so much about the sites we were seeing. He was really funny and seemed more like a friend than a tour guide, and we all had a lovely coffee in the late afternoon at the charming coffee shop at the top of Amber Fort Palace. We stayed the night in a very nice Holiday Inn and then the next morning, our driver (Rajesh - who might be the best driver in the entire world and I’m not kidding) drove us the 3.5 hours to Agra. Our intention had been to see Agra Fort that afternoon and then see the Taj Mahal the next morning at sunrise, but Rajesh and our Agra guide Adesh both worried that it would be too foggy in the morning (as it had been very foggy leaving Jaipur that day) for us to see the Taj Mahal. So we went straight away to the Taj that afternoon. It was amazing and Adesh was also very knowledgeable and provided a lot of history and information and took some great photos of us. It was unforgettable. We stayed at the Clark’s hotel that evening and it was quite nice (food was not amazing but that’s OK). The next morning was indeed very foggy and we wouldn’t have been able to see the Taj Mahal so we’re so thankful we went the previous day. We toured Agra Fort that morning and it was lovely. Then we flew back to Bangalore that afternoon and everything went off without a hitch (and our driver Saleem, also provided in the tour, picked us up promptly and took us back to our hotel in Bangalore). This was really a fantastic trip; it had been planned as a side trip in between my friend’s wedding events in Bangalore. Everything worked out perfectly: the flights, the hotels, the drive and our tour guides and driver. I can’t recommend it highly enough and we really appreciated their flexibility by adding Jaipur in to the tour, and of course, making sure we were able to see the Taj Mahal! And everyone - the drivers, guides, and the tour organizer Matthew - were so kind and helpful. We had a truly fabulous time, and I would recommend IndiaTor to anyone!
"Wonderful. Thank you so much. I had a wonderful day. Taj Mahal was beautiful. So special. You team was great, polite and very knowledgeble. Special thank you to Abdul (my Agra guide for sharing his passion for Taj Mahal with me), to Asish (from IndiaTor) for keeping me informed with my itinerary, pick up times, flights etc) and a big big THANK YOU to the wonderful and funny Mr Vimal Kumar who did the impossible in Delhi traffic to make sure I got to the airport in time (I made it by 15 minutes). You were an amazing and skilled driver. I will recommend you guys to my colleagues and friends. Thanks again. Love Meri from South of France.
