This was a LONG day! Started out with absolute chaos trying to find our tour leader among hundreds of other people outside Tokyo Station. Bus departed, and our first stop was at a Lawson with a huge crowd where you could kind of sort of make out Mt Fuji. There were FOUR other stops and most seemed to be unnecessary. The worst is where we stopped for lunch since it seemed like a total tourist trap. And the last stop, we had to walk for at least 20 minutes from the bus to get to the place we needed to go -- and then there were MORE steps to get to the top! Definitely not expected and impossible to do at the end of a long exhausting day.

Juan really took care of us but a couple of comments on getting there. The meet up directions seem OK to get to th T Stop (on the west side of the terminal - Marunouchi - south gate. It took a bit to get there so leave lots of extra time. However, when we got to the corner it was packed (easily 500+ trying to check in with flags of different companies and tour numbers that matched nothing we had). We missed an email invite from Juan to join a whatsapp group which gave us some of that info but we checked with other guides who got us connected and checked in. Would have been good to get all the info via email but I think it still would have been hard to find her in that crowd! Once we got on the tour, Juan gave us info on the day, some history and some explanations on Japanese and key words. She was skilled at getting us through each stop ( be sure to know your business number, group and seats...that are assigned). She had snacks, water, earplugs and goodies we could purchase on board and pre-ordered ice cream for us one of the stops so we didn't have to wait in line. Super friendly, informative and worked hard all 10 hours of the tour. Great job and thanks for you energy!

Our trip to Mt Fuji was a great day. It was an 11 hour day, but it was so worth it. We were fortunate that everything was visible for the entire day. Our driver was very safe which is a relief when you are on the road for such a long day. Our tour guide, Penguin, was very good. He was good at keeping us on schedule and ensuring we got to each location on time. He even suggested a local lemon drink to buy to give us an energy boost. He always provided us locations of bathrooms, places to get food and specific times to be back at the bus. The lunch location he suggested in a traditional restaurant was fantastic!

If you see Mount Fuji it is a bonus but not guaranteed, it all depends on the weather which is a natural phenomenon. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly

The tour was a great way to see outside of Tokyo and hit all key sightseeing areas for great photo opportunities. Our tour guide Taiyo was very informative and friendly, and had great communication before and during our tour.

It was a very good course. I was just with a young child, so I would have been happy if I had a little more time and could do it slowly. It was a great course plan to see Mt. Fuji from various places and it was very good.

This trip had only four reviews when I booked it, which was a bit discouraging, but I’m so glad I went ahead because the itinerary looked great. The tour turned out to be amazing! Eric, our guide, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and even a great photographer (always a plus!). We visited every spot listed in the itinerary. Mt. Fuji was fully visible in the morning and later covered by clouds, but that didn’t take away from the experience. Eric gave us plenty of time at each stop, took us to a wonderful place for a traditional Japanese lunch (expensive but worth it!), and made sure we knew where the restrooms were. I’d absolutely recommend this tour!

I was initially skeptical about this tour because it only had three reviews when I booked, however I’m so glad I booked this experience. Each location just got better and better. The bus ride was nice with reclining seats and A/C (no chargers). The tour guide Keiko was kind and willing to take photos for you if needed. I would recommend this tour to anyone!
