Después de las recogidas, nos reunimos en el estadio de fútbol FNB el las afueras de Soweto. Conoce a tu guía y escucha un breve explicación del famoso estadio de fútbol y del papel que jugó en la historia de Soweto.
Partimos hacia el corazón de Soweto, pasando por Hospital Baragwanath, una enorme parada de taxis y el suburbio histórico de Diepkloof
Nuestra primera parada en Soweto es en el asentamiento informal de Motsoaledi. Camine por las calles con su guía pasando por cafés y artesanías. mercados a un centro comunitario que patrocina MoAfrika. Saluda y conoce a la gente del asentamiento y aprende más sobre su forma de vida.

El Museo Héctor Pieterson es un gran museo ubicado en Orlando West, Soweto, Sudáfrica, a dos cuadras de donde Héctor Pieterson fue asesinado a tiros el 16 de junio de 1976.

We siebt a really interesting day with our perfect guide Nicholu. He showed us the Apartheid museum and we had enough time to visit it on our own. Then, we went to the stade and the Orlando Towers. We were in the part of the Soweto-Township, where the poorest people live. A lady showed us how she lives there and we visited a Kindergarden too. If you want to help the Community, buy something in their shop, they make everything themselves and the money is for the hole Community. We went to a restaurant with a african buffet with a delicious choice of meat vegetables and dessert. Vegeterian and Vegan people will tove the vegetables. After lunch, Nicholu showed us the houses of Desmond Tutu and Nelson Mandela and in the end, we went to the Hector Pieterson Memorial Center. Nicholus was a perfect guide who gave us many Information. We highly recommand this tour and this guide.

Lobo was an extraordinary tour guide and driver. Lebo was a "walking encyclopedia" of South African history! We were able to talk with him freely, he encouraged us to ask questions, and we could tell he was a man of integrity and took his responsibilities seriously. Amazing tour! I traveled with my mom and did the "Soweto, Apartheid and Lunch" history tour. Our guide, Lebo, was absolutely fantastic: kind, warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything with so much detail, clarity, and passion, and helped us understand not only the history of the places we visited, but also about the deeper historical and cultural context behind them.
