Conocida como la “Perla del Lago de Como”, Bellagio se encuentra donde se encuentran los dos brazos del lago. El pueblo encanta con sus elegantes villas históricas, jardines con vistas al agua, escaleras de piedra y pintorescos callejones llenos de atmósfera. Desde el lago se ofrece una de las vistas más emblemáticas y fotografiadas de toda la zona.
Antes de llegar al pequeño pueblo de Pescallo, el crucero bordeará la impresionante pared rocosa ubicada al este de Bellagio, creando un impresionante telón de fondo natural. Pescallo es un antiguo pueblo de pescadores, íntimo y auténtico, con casas con vistas al agua y una atmósfera tranquila y atemporal.
Una vez que lleguemos al pueblo de Rivabianca, haremos una parada para tomar un refrigerio en las tranquilas aguas del pequeño golfo, un rincón privado y relajante ubicado entre el lago y las montañas. El pueblo conserva un ambiente auténtico y tranquilo, con algunas casas con vistas al agua y un paisaje que se ha mantenido intacto a lo largo del tiempo. Desde la bahía se puede ver el antiguo Castillo de Lierna, un complejo fortificado medieval con vistas al lago. Hoy en día, todavía se pueden reconocer algunas estructuras históricas y partes de las murallas, evidencia de las antiguas defensas del pueblo.
Visible al regresar a Varenna, fue originalmente un antiguo monasterio y se transformó con el paso de los siglos en una residencia noble. Es famoso por su extenso jardín botánico que se extiende a lo largo de la orilla y ofrece una de las vistas más refinadas y evocadoras del lago de Como.
A lo lejos, sobre Varenna, se ve el Castillo de Vezio, una antigua fortificación medieval que domina el lago desde lo alto del promontorio. Su posición panorámica ofrece una vista estratégica de los dos brazos del Lago de Como y representa uno de los testimonios históricos más reconocibles de la zona.
Llegada al muelle de Varenna y trámites de desembarque. La tripulación asistirá a los huéspedes a desembarcar del catamarán, concluyendo el recorrido de forma ordenada y relajada, justo en el corazón del pueblo.

Great short experience of the Lake , opportunity to swim was great .
We had an absolutely amazing day on Lake Como! Our guide Paolo made it such an enjoyable experience showing us all the beautiful sites and sharing his joy of sailing. Can’t recommend it enough!!!
We had a wonderful time on the boat. It was not overcrowded, and it was possible to sit separately from the other guests if desired. Our guide was very professional and communicative. We would gladly go on another tour with him.
Our guides, Paulo and Omar, were great! They showed us parts of Lake Como we didn’t know about and told us stories of growing up on the lake. The catamaran is beautiful, and the trip was comfortable, and we were served delicious and inventive appetizers and drinks. It was a wonderful morning on the lake!
Relaxed, scenic, beautiful, this was such a pleasant experience, Paolo and Omar were very nice, you can easily see they both love sailing and really enjoy their job. They were attentive but allowed us to enjoy the scenery and encouraged us to ask questions if we had any. We were provided with some snacks and a glass of Prosecco which were very much appreciated. Communication was good beforehand via WhatsApp. Omar was keen to ensure we got some nice photos to capture the memories and was helpful in taking some snaps. Faultless trip.

We had a wonderful day thanks to Paolo and his catamaran. We started from Limonta and then passed by Bellagio and Varenna, I have always seen these villages from the mainland but I must say that seeing them from the lake is a beautiful new perspective, seeing Varenna from the lake reminds the landscape of the Cinque Terre. The weather was great and we could eat something on the boat, Paolo was very helpful to give us all the explanations about the territory and the catamaran. Experience recommended!

Last Saturday I joined this lake tour and it completely exceeded my expectations. Even though I’ve been living on Lake Como for 30 years, I had never experienced it from this angle before. Most boat tours around here tend to be private and quite pricey, so this felt like a rare and wonderful opportunity. Paolo, our catamaran captain, met us right at the pier in Varenna — such a convenient and central meeting point. Once on board Maru, we sailed past breathtaking spots including Bellagio and Villa La Gaeta, along with many other stunning locations. Paolo shared fascinating local stories and insights throughout the trip and was more than happy to answer all our questions. A big thank you to Palomar for such a memorable experience!
Beautiful experience on a sailing catamaran on Lake Como, with pleasant sailing between suggestive views and a good aperitif break on board. Relaxed atmosphere, nice ride and well-kept organization: a different and pleasant way to experience the lake.
I took part in a catamaran excursion on the shores of Lake Como, together with friends. Paolo was a great skipper, he put us at ease and was able to explain very well both the history of his beautiful catamaran and the history of the villages we overlooked! Great experience to see the villages of the lake from a different perspective than usual! Super recommended!
