You couldn’t see the Grand Canyon from the train. The ride was rather boring. The van part of the tour with Brad was great.
An overall great experience! The train ride was fun and entertaining. The best part of the trip (besides seeing the Grand Canyon) was our shuttle tour guide, Al. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to all passengers!
Dear Guest: The Grand Canyon is always the frosting on the cake of any tour. Your tour with the train ride plus the van tour on the second half appears to have met all your expectations and we are thrilled. Al is a terrific guide and tenured part of our incredible team. Thanks for the stars
Had great time, the trip guide was great
Al is a great guide. Looks like he earned 5 stars and your thoughtful review
This is probably the best tour I have ever gone on . Kat Miller our tour guide was so amazing with the knowledge of the area from Sedona to the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff, it made the day so interesting. I would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see the Grand Canyon.
Dear guest: To have provided the best tour ever is quite the compliment!! We appreciate so much the opportunity you had with Cat and this sincere reviews. Your recommendation will be so helpful to future guests. Thank you
A great introduction to the Grand Canyon and Arizona. Stevee was a fun tour guide, very attentive, informative.
The beauty of the Grand Canyon is difficult to take in on just one tour. Stevee does a great job introducing the wonders of Northern Arizona to our guests. So glad to have earned your 5 Stars.
We had a marvelous time exploring the Grand Canyon with our tour guide Jason! He is so knowledgeable about everything Grand Canyon related! I would highly recommend this tour!
Dear Arizona Visitor: Everything Grand Canyon is what we do...be hard pressed to find a guide more committed to delivering the best guest experience than Jason! We are so pleased you had a wonderful time.
Our tour guide Sheldon was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and showed us areas that were amazing. He brought our group together. The tour was excellent.
Sheldon makes a family of the guests on his tour every single time. He is known for his customer service with visitors routinely asking for him to be their guide. He knows all the best spots to be amazed by the Grand Canyon. Thank you for the 5 stars.
Our tour guide Al was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable and great stories about Arizona and the GC.
So pleased to see you had a 5star tour with Al, our 5star guide. the only way to see the Grand Canyon. Cheers!
Most of this tour is in a packed van of 12. The train ride is only 21/2 hrs, but it is relaxing and scenic. They do sell provisions if needed. Back to the van, you should also note that if you need water or snacks you have to bring them. Better yet pack your lunch. The option for lunch was decent but very expensive. So do not expect anything to be provided (water).
Dear Guest: This tour routinely gets 5 star reviews as you can see so we are surprised by your posting. We do not put 12 people in a van on our tours. A cooler with water is in the van at the front with the guide for duration of the tour. All of our guides are veterans and know this to be a requirement. So, water is provided. We do not have any control over the cost of the food establishments that we visit. Our tour is the most competively priced tour in the marketplace which allows for guests to make their own decisions about snacks and additional beverages. All fully outlined in the tour description. We confirm all guests 48 hours in advance so our customer service team can address questions a guest would have in advance of their tour. We find advance communication or communication during the course of the tour to be the most effective
This experience was well worth it. Getting picked up at our hotel by our wonderful guide, Cat, was only the start to a great day. She provided so much information about the areas in which we travelled. She also was always careful to be sure we were safe and informed. The Grand Canyon train was a blast. Catherine, on the train, was quite funny and informative. Fun and slow ride. Cat met us at the canyon after the train trip ended and took us to multiple viewpoints on the South Rim. Spectacular views! Gave advice on where to eat lunch and was right there for anything we needed. Great guide! It was a long day, yet will remain in our memories for life.
Dear Guest: it is sincerely gratifying to provide people with lifetime memories of their trip to the amazing Grand Canyon..We take guests to multiple viewpoints as it is often so much grandeur to take in...Cat is a true professional conducting all tours...this is her favorite.. What a joy for you to take this tour with her!!
