Experimente el museo más grande de arte egipcio antiguo con sus tesoros del gran pasado de Egipto, como los ajuares funerarios de alta calidad. Nuestro guía turístico le explicará con humor las exposiciones más importantes durante una visita de aproximadamente dos horas y responderá a sus preguntas. Maravíllate con la última maravilla del mundo: ¡una experiencia verdaderamente legendaria! En total, aquí encontrarás tres pirámides: la pirámide de Kefrén, la pirámide de Keops y la pirámide de Menkerinos. Podrás explorar la zona a pie, a caballo o en camello. Después de visitar las Pirámides de Giza, nos dirigimos a la Gran Esfinge, con diferencia la esfinge más grande y mejor conservada. Consiste en una cabeza humana sobre un cuerpo de león. La Esfinge fue tallada en los restos de una colina de piedra caliza que sirvió como cantera para la Gran Pirámide de Giza. Paseo en faluca por el Nilo. Lo recogeremos de su hotel alrededor de las 4 a.m. A su llegada a El Cairo, será recibido por su guía turístico, quien le acompañará durante todo el recorrido. Reúnase con su guía turístico egiptológico en el museo para comenzar el día. Visite el moderno Gran Museo Egipcio (GEM), el museo arqueológico más grande del mundo con más de 100.000 artefactos, o el Antiguo Museo Egipcio en la Plaza Tahrir. Seleccione su museo preferido durante el proceso de reserva. Después, disfruta de tu almuerzo. La excursión continúa hacia las grandes pirámides de Keops, Kefrén y Micerinos. El recorrido por las pirámides finaliza en la Esfinge y el templo situado en sus inmediaciones. Si el tiempo lo permite, tendrá la oportunidad de visitar el bazar de El Cairo al final del día antes de regresar a Sharm el Sheikh. A su llegada al aeropuerto, le trasladaremos a su hotel en un vehículo con aire acondicionado.
Si el vuelo de regreso desde El Cairo sale tarde por la noche, dedicaremos algún tiempo a visitar el Londres de la Edad Media (el mercado de Khan el Klalili), el Viejo Cairo, recientemente inscrito en la Lista del Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO, o Cairo Festival City, un centro comercial de gran tamaño (con aire acondicionado), uno de los más grandes de Oriente Medio. Repleta de las más famosas marcas internacionales, restaurantes, cafés y una enorme fuente danzante de colores, te sentirás atraído por la elegante y moderna vida nocturna de El Cairo.
Si tenemos tiempo, podemos realizar dos visitas características al Museo del Papiro y a la fábrica de aceites esenciales. Estas dos atracciones le familiarizarán con las antiguas técnicas egipcias para fabricar papiro y esencias. Estas dos interesantes visitas ampliarán sus conocimientos sobre la vida cotidiana en el antiguo Egipto y también son útiles para los agricultores egipcios que trabajan en estos sectores y preservan estas artesanías muy antiguas del antiguo Egipto. Te recogeremos en todos los hoteles de Sharm el Sheikh. Para los hoteles ubicados fuera de Sharm el Sheikh (Dahab, Nuweiba, Taba), se aplica un recargo por traslado. Great day from pickup. Prompt information great and Sam is knowledgeable gentleman. Very much enjoyed the trip for the Nile is extra but worth doing. Organisation was very good. Would recommend.
What a fantastic day from start to finish. Sam was excellent—he went above and beyond, and his knowledge was genuinely second to none. Everything was so well organised from the moment we were collected, right through to being escorted through the airport. The food was lovely, even for our fussy eater, the pacing was perfect, and the small‑group setup meant we never felt rushed. Comfortable air conditioned transport through out. This experience was far better value than booking through our hotel, and our little one (7) was made to feel fully included throughout. Everything was covered apart from tips and the optional Nile cruise, which was very reasonably priced. Sam always made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us agree a fair price when my daughter wanted to buy a little pyramid. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

This is a superb trip, 6:30 pick up & to the airport. We got our visa before we left the UK. Then just prior to the trip we get asked to show the visa & passport stamp. What I sent was incorrect, there’s an additional 600 Egyptian ponds to pay each for a stamp that’s done at the airport. On the way to the pyramids, your asked if you want to do a camel ride & or a little boat ride down the Nile, €10 each, sad yes. Once on the camel they don’t want you off of it but when it’s time to get off they demand another €10 to pay. It’s hard to get away from them without paying. Still a great view & experience seeing these historically pyramids and Sphinx. The meal was good. We were promised 3 bottles of water but only received 2, which was very annoying as it was sooooo hot. The museum was good but so big & way too hot to be stood outside listening to the guide. The river ride was a pleasant end to the day. Very tired by the end of it.
Great trip visiting the pyramids and the grand Egyptian museum with Jimmy, very informative knowledgeable and friendly, also good lunch provided near the pyramids. We had a wonderful day! everything ran like clockwork and our guide Jimmy was so passionate about showing us many areas we had not even seen with a previous tour. Jimmy was very considerate of our needs and for the less able members of our group. From start to finish, our day trip from Sharm to Cairo was absolutely flawless. We were picked up directly from our resort and taken straight through the airport, with all the visa paperwork and security handled for us — such a relief when travelling with a teenager. When we landed in Cairo, we were met by our driver and our Egyptologist, Reem, who was an absolute star from the moment we got in the car. On the drive to Giza she talked us through Egypt’s history, pointed out places of interest, and answered every question we threw at her. She made the journey feel like part of the experience rather than just travel time. At the Giza Plateau, Reem guided us around the pyramids and the Sphinx, explaining the history in a way that was fascinating, clear, and full of passion. She took photos for us, never rushed us, and made sure we saw the best viewpoints. It felt like walking through a documentary — but with someone who genuinely cared that we enjoyed every moment. Lunch was at a beautiful Egyptian restaurant overlooking the pyramids, complete with more photos and a chance to soak in the view. In the afternoon, we visited the Grand Egyptian Museum, where Reem highlighted the most important pieces before giving us time to explore on our own. We could easily have spent all day there. With a little time left before our flight, Reem arranged a short boat ride on the Nile — something I never expected to fit into the day, and a huge tick on our bucket list. Throughout the day, Reem didn’t just teach us about ancient Egypt; she also shared what life in modern Egypt is like. It was eye‑opening, thoughtful, and added so much depth to the experience. The dash back to the airport was… an adventure. Cairo traffic is absolutely wild, but our driver was excellent and somehow got us there in one piece. My son and I had a truly amazing day — one we’ll remember forever. Everything was organised perfectly, down to the smallest detail. I would never have attempted arranging all of this myself, and I’m so glad we didn’t have to. All we had to do was sit, walk, and take photos. I would 1000% recommend this trip, and we will always have happy memories of Cairo and Giza thanks to Reem.
