A lot of walking. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes. However, Rob was great and he helped us out as much as possible. We took 2 Ubers up hill and then walked down.

When you're booking this tour and on a ship with a deadline, we sometimes use a taxi for peace of mind so you can head back towards the ship on your pubs tour. Jenna was our guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. She was enthusiastic and gave us so much history about Liverpool, pubs and the Beatles. She was also mindful of our time so we could see and do as much as possible before returning to our cruise ship.

Louis was our guide for a three hour long pub crawl through Liverpool. This tour is perfect for the non-Beetles centric tourist who enjoys combining good beer with a stretch of the legs. This is a walking tour that allows you to sample the beers of five Liverpool pubs while learning their history, architecture and mingling with their patrons. Louis did a masterful job of accommodating the rainy weather, our energy level and our beer consumption. He answered every question and superbly guided us to a sober and rewarding completion . Louis is highly recommended as he brings Gen Z energy and personal Pub experience to, in our case, septuagenarian tourists. You will not be disappointed with Louis or this tour.

A genuinely informative, interesting and fun tour. Top marks to Jen and her assistant for keeping us, a large group on a stag do, together and taking us around the city. The pubs were all worth visiting with a small bottle of beer on each stop, each one lasting roughly 15 mins. For a first time visitor, this was a fantastic way to explore the city and learn more about it and it's history. Never a dull moment and I had a smashing time. Highly recommended and zero complaints whatsoever.
